WHY HAS WATER BEEN RE-ROUTED THRU HOSES? Behind Academy Sports. MONROVIA WATER needs to adress and fix the water issue in neighboring area. Adding too many houses in surrounding area and not taking in consideration MONROVIA water can't keep up. Poor Academy is now involved. Pretty soon all of Nance Rd will be affected.

Went in to shop for my sons new shoes. They had a very good selection of just about everything. Was very pleased with the staff as well. Everyone was very professional and polite. Here are a few items I thought was a good price and brand they have to offer right now!!!

The selection was terrible. A lot of people in the store, but nobody in line to buy anything. You have to meet the needs of the community you serve in order to have sales. No swimsuits (except a tiny clearance section with practically nothing in it) in July in Alabama? Shoe selection had like 4 sizes in each shoe. So many people were so frustrated. I'd love to know how many people entered vs how many people purchased something.

While walking in the store, a gentleman was at the front door, He was explaining exactly where clearances are, and how much of a discount there was on other items. And with ease, we were able to get through the store and find some really good deals. I was impressed.

When I called up there about soccer shoes for one of our daughters and she was really nice and patient. She help me to get the information we needed. So, when I went up there they were kind and helpful and got exactly what we need at a lower price. I am happy we the overall experience and cleanliness.

Went to pick up online order for men's shoes in Madison, Al. A total of 6 team member were involved in the transaction. Not 1 staff member could not realize that the item that I ordered was not what they gave me instead. Wrong color shoes, when i notified them of the mistake they said that was what i ordered. The shoes were supposed to be blue and charcoal not gold and charcoal. The junior manager even argued with me about the mistake. Any fool could have looked on the shoe box description and realize the mistake! Then they did not give me any option but a full refund, even though they had the shoes at another store location. I refuse to be treated like this again! Great job Academy, you have lost a good customer for life! Andrew F. Penrose
