There are lots of items to browse. However, the price vs the quality don't add up. The staff is friendly but the owner is snooty for lack of a better word. Overall, an occasional stop.

Accents is my favorite store!!! Alicia and staff are so sweet and helpful… top quality products… loyalty program not to mention variety. I always walk around the store 3 times so i don’t miss a treasure ?. I also appreciate the “live” sales/new product so I can grab that perfect item. This store just makes me feel great when I walk in and I’m blessed my kids know it, since all my gift cards come from there!

I love Accents!! The shop is beautiful and you can find the best gifts and the most beautiful decor. The owner is the sweetest woman. She is kind, helpful, and works so hard for her customers. I’ve loved Accents since they first opened years ago in the tiny Kenai strip mall. Alicia is amazing at finding unique items for home decor, as well as fun bath, kid, food and clothing items. My favorite part is how the store is tastefully sectioned off into room themes to walk through. It’s so well done. It is easy to see how much she loves and cares about her business and her customers. My kids joke often that, “our house by Accents.” It is. There are bits of Accents finds in every room. Even the garage. Our little community is so lucky to have this store here.

My husband and I walked into this darling shop that was like a virtual wonderland of unique pieces carefully curated to fit an array of styles. From vintage-like reproductions to modern to farmhouse and everything in between, this store has it all! Alicia was so friendly and helpful. We found the perfect piece for our space thanks to one of her suggestions. My husband has resigned himself to the fact that I will be frequenting Accents often ..... he's so right! ?

Poor customer service. I was profiled and essentially accused of shoplifting and looking like a shoplifter because of my everyday bag I used. Instead of peering over a customers’ shoulder for 20 minutes, post a sign at the entrance if you want a dress code at your store. If you want your customers to feel welcome, treat them with respect. I will not be shopping here again.

Shop at Localz instead! Their items are sourced locally in Alaska and not manufactured.

Love this store! It has everything from coasters to couches and also snacks & spices. The owner, Alicia, has helped me with my decorating decisions and all the staff is pleasant and helpful. I try to shop here at least once a month since their inventory changes frequently. A definite must stop!
