Love Ace Hardware. Sandy's store is great. All employees are friendly, helpful and know what they are talking about! I'd recommend them anyway! Always have what I need and some things that I didn't know I needed!

They greet you by name ! Has the atmosphere of the old mom and pop hardware shop. Great staff of all ages yet so educated to a wide variety of home improvement projects. This is probably my favorite ACE ever.

HORRIBLE ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMER
I walked in today at about ten till 6 PM. They close at 6 PM. I didn't realize this till I passed through the door and noticed the hours sign. As I passed the register an older employee or manager made a point to loudly say that people keep coming in right at closing as he is trying to close things down. I knew what I needed and was actually out the door prior to 6 PM.
It might be time for you to exit the customer service industry. I spent over $50 in the eight minutes I was there. I'm sure it was worth me being there to your bottom line.

My son and daughter in law are remodeling their new house. We have made multiple trips to this Ace. They are always helpful which is wonderful when you're in a hurry. We highly recommend using them for all your hardware needs.

The staff on the sales floor are always helpful and are eager to help. The cashier's, different story. I have never been asked for my ace rewards number, I have never been told thank you, have a nice day, or anything. This weekend, the cashier rang up my order, said the total and that was it. I told the cashier to have a nice day but they were busy talking and ignoring us, not the first time and that's why I am writing this review. I always try to buy local instead of going to the larger competitors.

My job required me going to Ace Hardware almost daily. Many of my needs were challenging and required thinking out of the box. It’s very easy to find help there and they always help me find the best solution. They are very knowledgeable in their stock and where to find things.
I really like their nuts, bolts, screws, washers selection. They have a great selection and you don’t always have to buy a full box to get what you need. Ace is one of my favorite stores.
