Company I work for works closely with them and they see us quite often with work vehicles. Brought my personal vehicle in for an oil change and rotation on tires and specifically told the lady at the front not to fix anything else. As you can guess came up with an extra 300-400 dollar charge for internal work, and was pretty much told to kick rocks and that I had to pay it. So it’s either a lack of competency at the front for not listening to verbal instructions or a shady business at best when it’s your personal vehicle and money involved. Regardless, I do not recommend this place to newcomers. Your experience may vary, but personally never had a tire shop mess up that bad.

Recently had a transmission issue with my truck and took it by a shop in cullman which recommended a new transmission($5500). I stopped by Adair Tire and they were able to diagnose this issue and fix it for less than $300. I truly appreciate the “hands on” approach they took instead of just pricing a new transmission!

will never recommend to anyone else , refuse to honor warranty on tires after inner tread wore out due to bad alignment. i asked him when tires were installed if truck needed alignment and he stated it was fine. now i am having to replace tires after less than 6000 miles. extremely upset
