By far the worst shoe store I’ve been to. I asked to try on a size and the employees left me completely neglected. One of the workers at the front even relayed the message that I was looking to try on a shoe in a certain size to the bearded guy that was helping me on the floor, but I never got my shoes. When he finally came out from the back, he went over to help other customers with their sizes.

On December 10, 2024, I attempted to return a pair of shoes because they did not fit properly. After waiting for about 10 minutes, an employee (white male, approximately 5’7”, with a beard and wearing all black) approached me. He did not acknowledge me and immediately began inspecting the shoes to determine if they had been worn.

I explained that I had only worn them inside my house and briefly in the garage to check their comfort, but they did not fit well. The shoes caused my ankle to hurt and turn red. Despite this, the employee was very rude, refused to engage with me properly, and declined to give me his name when I asked.

The shoes were clearly not worn outdoors and were a gift. My intent was only to exchange them for a larger size, as I initially received a size 9.5, which I was told would be true to size. However, they did not fit as expected and caused discomfort. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I recently visited the Adidas store at Irvine Spectrum and had a positive experience. The store itself was well-organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Customer service was fast and efficient, making the shopping experience smooth. Additionally, the prices for the level of shoes offered were quite reasonable. Overall, I would definitely recommend this store for its service and value.

Drove 45 minutes to return something in store at this location and was told they can't take online returns on Memorial Day. After I called to verify and checked online. Called the store to talk to a manager and was told they actually don't take returns on the weekends period because they don't have the space to store and FedEx can't pick up their returns. Which sounds like 1. They need to get their stories straight and 2. Not like a consumer problem. Anyway, don't shop here.

Drove 30 minutes to get here since it was the only store near me. Wanted to return something in store that I bought online but they wouldn't let me since it was a weekend. Evidently they only accept online returns Monday-Thursday. What kind of stupid policy is that? You clearly have the ability to accept returns; you just don't want to do it on a weekend because... reasons? Now I have to take time out of my weekday to drive an entire trip again for absolutely no reason. People wonder why brick and mortar stores are becoming irrelevant? This is why. Managers like this.
