There are many medical supply places in Oklahoma, however, I really wanted to stay local and within network for my insurance. October 19rh, my Doctor sent CPAP orders to them. A week later, I hadn’t heard anything and was instructed by my doctor’s office to reach out to them. A Mr. Morris said they hadn’t received anything, so I had my for office resend it. A week later, still hadn’t heard anything, so I call back. A Mr. Hamilton informs me that Mr. Morris quit and they don’t have my orders. I then personally send them to Mr. Hamilton and ask that he confirms receipt. I do not receive an email back. The following week, I call to touch base, and Mr. Morris says they have a gentleman filling in for CPAP orders, a Mr. J. Chappell. All three men now have informed me that they’ve worked with my insurance before, it could be a month process and they’re waiting on an additional form from my insurance. Sounds like things are going well, finally. Friday 11/12, my Dr.’s office reaches out to see where we stand on my CPAP, and I informed her that they were waiting on them to return a form. She had no such form. Monday, 11/15, I reached back out. Mr Chappell informed me that because of the way my insurance pays, they won’t be able to fulfill my order… but they’ve told me that they’ve worked with my insurance multiple times before and they’re within my network! My experience was not enjoyable and I feel like they definitely blew me off. If you’re in need of Medical supplies in a timely manner (which is usually the case… it’s MEDICAL supplies),, you’ll have better luck going someplace else.

My Mom has had to have several equipment items from Advanced Medical. Everyone is courteous, professional, and so quick to get us taken care of as soon as possible. I couldn't ask for a better place to get medical equipment.
