Wonderful experience! I called to ask about getting my wedding rings fixed, a few of the diamonds were lose, without hesitation he said to come in so he could look at them! I arrived and was welcomed by beautiful grandfather clocks, cuckoo clocks and an owner who was very nice. When I showed him my rings he was able to fix them both super fast and didn't even charge me! Highly recommend this place!

I will start by saying I am no jewelry expert but I took a gold rope chain to them for repair. The price seemed reasonable at $38 but I expected the chain to look good as new. When I was first handed the chain it was very rough and didn’t look finished. He took it back and made it look a little better. Again, I am no jewelry expert and maybe I had the wrong expectations but I expected it to look new again so if that is what you are expecting that is probably not what you will get. Other than that, nice people.

What great (AND FAST!) service for new watch batteries. I've had jewelry stores tell me Tag Hueur watches need to be "sent off" even for a battery replacement. Well, I'm here to tell you this is not true. My watches are now happy running without having to wait weeks. I'd be happy to take anything to this store and recommend it highly!

The guys at Advantage repaired two wristwatches for me. One was easy, the other so difficult that other repair places deemed it "not worth the price". The friendly watchmaker at Advantage did a perfect repair in a few days at a very reasonable price. Most highly recommended!!

I came in looking to get my watch adjusted because it was running fast. This gentleman fixed my Hamilton watch in under 10 minutes and did not charge me a thing. I insisted I wanted to leave a tip but he would not accept any payment. The professionalism and kindness this man showed me made my day today. I purchased a new watch, and tried to adjust the too-big wristband myself. Of course, I completely messed it up. I took all the parts and pieces to the gentleman behind the counter at this store. It took him two minutes to put the whole thing back together for me, and he wouldn’t accept payment from me. I will never go anywhere else for jewelry or watch repair. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
