The entire process with Affordable Closet Concepts was enjoyable from start to finish. Anthony the owner was extremely communicative, responsive, and helpful. Nathan came to give us the estimate and was very thorough and prepared. The day of install, he and Eric did a fantastic job putting the closet in (it was also nice that we had the same person give the estimate and do the install), and were also very sweet to our dog as well. They were super friendly and took a lot of care in installing the closet, and even cleaned up after themselves before they left. Thank you for our beautiful new closet!

We just purchased a home in Tampa and no sooner than we moved in our closet rods fell to the floor and pulled the hardware out of the wall.

From introduction at my door, to being handed a business card with handshake, to measurements, displaying the product and showing us his business insurance, Anthony was top notch. On the day of installation, his staff was totally professional. The finished product was as presented. We met with a number of closet companies and Anthony was the only one that presented proof of business insurance. While not the cheapest, his company was selected for their professionalism. The cheapest company lost out because no business card and no samples and when I requested revisions, not following my request. Affordable Closet Concepts is an excellent company.

We've always wanted a custom closet but assumed it was probably an outrageously expensive project. Once our old wire shelves totally collapsed in our closet one day, I thought it was time to at least kick the tires on the custom closet system route.

I first called out a company that's heavily advertised in those free coupon type papers that come in the mail. They came, quoted and I was ready to move forward. But my wife, always sticking to the never jump at the first anything without at least looking into the competition, gave me the info about Affordable Closet Concepts because my brother in law saw all their great reviews.

Anthony the owner came out and was great from day one. Measured, understood our need and design objectives. Quickly returned a digital rendering of the closet idea and here is the big part...it was half the cost of the first closet company for the same design!!! Sold!

We had a few weeks before install, which gave us time to do some refreshing of the closet light new lights, patching all the holes from the wire shelves, and repainted.

And now our new closet has been installed and it looks amazing!! The install guys were nothing but professional, very detailed, got our input the entire way and accommodated any of our requests. They had it all done in about 3hrs or less tops! I couldn't have been happier with their professionalism!!

If you are looking for a reliable, dependable and professional custom closet installation, Affordable Closet Concepts is the company you will be happy to do business with. Their staff, from offering options without trying to "upsale" to the installation of the custom closets is prompt, thorough, and a pleasure to have in my home. Their follow up and service is the best I have ever had in a service provider. My only complaint is that I don't have any more closets for them to install more of their great custom closets!
