I really hate leaving bad reviews, but the way my family was treated at this store was completely unacceptable. My wife knows how much I love old video games especially Sega Genesis. She was so excited to bring me here for the first time and to have a family day out. She found the store a week prior to bringing me. That day she bought two sega games. Fast forward… From the moment we walked in the white guy with very little hair kept his eye on our every move. I reached out to pick up a system and was told not to touch anything, as the guy approached and invaded my personal space. He then grabbed the system out of my hands. I give it to you, you had signs up and I over looked them. You still could have handled that better. I then asked if he had a particular game behind the counter and mid sentence he cut me off. “I have no idea what’s here you have to look yourself” he said. So…. You expect me to come behind the counter to get a closer look buddy, by the way don’t touch. My wife was completely blown away at this point, because this was not the nice guy who helped her a few days ago. My wife then takes my 6 year old to look at toys in boxes, this guy then starts telling her to put things back where she found and aggressively shouts out prices at her like she is too stupid to read the poorly written signs. I almost snapped at that point and had to pull myself together. I don’t care who you are don’t ever disrespect my family like that again. The guys across the street at Wolfe Den Collectibles treated us like family. They let my son play with any toy he wanted and even played with him. We ended up spending about $140 on toys alone there. Maybe you should learn a thing or two from them. Or you can just put yourself out of business.

Cool spot! If you're looking for retro electronics, music, media, or games devices, he has it. He can also repair old dvd and all game disc. If you need a computer for any task, old new or refurbished he has that too. Definitely loaded with verity.

Had great prices on old consoles! Way better than eBay or Facebook marketplace. Also has a good stock and gets in things in quick.

I always hate leaving less than 5 star reviews for small businesses, especially since this place has a lot of cool stuff, but this is twice now I’ve went by in the middle of the day (Friday and Tuesday) to buy something and the store is closed, yet their Google Business Profile says their open. I live super far away sadly so it’s super inconvenient.

Bad customer service I called for a quote. When I did call I was treat like I was a spam caller mainly because of my number. Instead of answering my questions about my macbook, I was asked about where I was from or at?(was I locally)When I did leave my number and information for someone at this location to call me back no one return my call. I express how important fixing my computer would be because of my profession.I gave someone here my macbook information to see how much it would be hours later no call back.then after 2 phone back to this location, I then was told after my 3 time calling ncluding no one answered the 2nd time. I left a brief message with why i was calling again and my number,no one called me back. when I was told they would then this isn't a busy location compared to google analytics, when i called a 3rd time i was then told I had to come in and pay,(lol) I said why didn't you tell me this from the beginning?some people in life don't deserve to work in a public setting especially when they lack customer service and a child-like mentally.

the white male manlet with a nice shiny bald head is quite mean to me whenever i come in, he’s quite rude and doesn’t let me look at much or anything without being rude, i do not recommend this place at all.

Got several Wii games and other old vintage games to buy! If you have any older consoles and want to buy older games, this shop is for you.

It’s a cool place and all, but the owner practically doesn’t let you touch something unless your going to buy it. I get the fact that he probably doesn’t want people breaking things, but like seriously, just put a “You break it, you buy it” sign up. Still a nice place to get retro games, and computer accessories though.
