Quinton came today and helped my mother with her new device! This is her first experience with oxygen and he made the whole experience so easy and comfortable! He was so easy going, informative, friendly, professional and really exceeded our expectations! Affordable Medical had made my dad's transition to hospice a little easier. Everyone has been so nice and helpful but Jared has went above and beyond. He has made sure that myself and my dad understood EVERYTHING that we needed to know before he left and always makes sure that we know it is okay to call if we have anymore questions or concerns about our equipment. I found myself in the middle of wanting to help a friend resolve an issue she was having with medical equipment. She was feeling like she didn’t understand what it was she was suppose to do.
I told Beverly and she immediately jumped into action and went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable with her situation.
She put her in touch with Jared, who also informed her about what she needed and made sure she had no further questions going forward.
