I’m post about an amazing dedicated and professionally handled each and every transaction between Ms. Jenifer and myself. On one occasion I had reach out to her for help.  She is the reason I will continue to always shop here. I called in with a flat tire on my John Deere riding tractor D140. Needing the assistance to know what to do with an airless tire.  Ms. Jenifer immediately put me at ease that it was not hard to fix and that my tire was still good .  She reached out to me and calmly handled this transaction, which means the world to me as a consumer.  As a John Deere customer.  I just wanted to know how to fix this. Ms. Jenifer went beyond each time I have called in. She could’ve cast me aside and said just bring it in but no, she handled it professionally and didn’t make me feel dumb with a question. How do I fix this? Thank you Jenifer for all the help she has given me and my family.

The lady in parts saved me $130, by being knowledgeable. The fella that sold me the chainsaw was polite, professional, and efficient. The person who assembled the chainsaw, and maybe a QC person might’ve missed the bus that day….😂😂😂😂. A gold star to whomever sees what’s obviously wrong; proof that it can happen to the best of us!😂😂😂

Was sent photos of a mulcher head mower to be rented with a skidsteer from one of their 3rd parties but received recieved a standard rotary bladed mower that leaves a mess if used not any thing near a mulcher head mower . After my men used it for less than an hour and i pulled up on the job and realized this is something that was totally different I called at 9 am and asked to send it back and get a full refund and was told yes . I spent $815.00 with my men and transportation that morning which I decided to eat . However I found out later that they with held $520.00 charged me for a days use . I told them it was not fair in that their salesman new we only discussed a Mulcher Head machine yet he attached a different mower (a rotary mower with blades ) I think it is all a miss comunication with there sales man and it was not intended to hurt any one , unfortunatly it hurt the customer . Do not rent any thing with out you personally looking at it before it leaves the yard . Have pictures attached to your lease or contract . This way both partys are protected .

I needed 17 in self sharpening mower blades with a 5/8 center hole. I found 17 in self sharpening blades online but did not specify the center hole size. So I called ag pro in Chiefland because they had one in stock and I needed to know the size. The person I spoke with said that it had a 5/8 center hole so I ordered them I waited a week to get them come to find out the center hole is about double my size so thanks for the wrong info. Now I can't mow my jobs tomorrow. I will never do business with ag pro again. There work is too expensive anyway and they can't do something as simple as knowing the center hole size for mower blades
