Really cute decor! It is part clothing shop, part restaurant and has a really calm, quiet, relaxing vibe.

Service: The lady who was the chef was really nice. The daily menu is posted online.

Food:
I really enjoyed the food especially the picked veggies. I liked the bacon jam a lot which surprised me because in general it isn't my favorite thing.

Admittedly, the external appearance wasn't what I was expecting. However, once we knew we were definitely at the right location, we proceeded to give it a try. The food is a bit on the pricier side, but it was very delicious. Service was very friendly and kind. The mimosas are a little on the smaller side, but was still very good. Would definitely visit again for a nice brunch.

My wife, no doubt, would say that she "loves" this place. I love the idea of what they're doing and how they are approaching fashion in a small Alabama town, but I wouldn't necessarily say I loved it all.

This review is primarily about the food offerings. We had lunch here and everything tasted good, was thoughtfully prepared, and unique for the area. We got a "BBQ Chicken Salad" sandwich - but I really couldn't taste any smokiness that I would associate with BBQ. The salad we had was good. There was an interesting beer selection, but a lot of it was from out of state. I would think that with the surge of craft-brews that have popped up around Alabama in the past few years, that there would be a more robust local selection here (there's not).

Water is self-serve. Good selection of non-alcoholic drinks. Nice atmosphere. Free Wifi.

Been here a few times and this review is based on my experiences.

The staff here are very friendly, and the food is awesome. I have had the BLT on one occasion, and the burger on another. Both meals were delicious.

I would recommend this place as a nice spot for lunch.

I’m so grateful this place exists! This is some of the best food in the area…or any area. I have eaten here countless times and I’m always impressed by my meal. If I have friends visit from out of town, this is where I take them…and no matter what foodie city they live in, they’re always amazed by their meal. Anything you order will be made with fresh, local ingredients and prepared beautifully. The environment is beautiful too! I always end up spending as much time looking through the shop as I do eating at the café. This is a gem!

I enjoyed Mother's Day Brunch at the Factory Café last month - it was my first visit. I was blown away by how utterly delicious the food was! Pure ambrosia...all of it! The setting with farm tables and abundant lighting was comfortable, casual and clean. When I next visit Florence, I look forward to eating there again and trying more of your delicious, healthful offerings!

I have a list of my top favorite burgers from all across the US and they have the number one place. Alabama Chanin is one of the best places you'll ever have brunch or lunch. Their Chanin burger is one of the best, if not the greatest, burgers I've ever had. I always get it whenever I go. Ask what the chef thinks best for the burger and you're set. 11/10

The Factory Cafe catered my wedding and was absolutely terrible. They showed up almost an hour and half later than setup time. My guests had to stand outside the reception space for over 30 minutes and wait for the food to be unloaded and set up. Guests and the bridal party actually had to assist with set up. Despite the fact that catering arrived 45 minutes after the dinner service time on the contract, they attempted to leave early and take the significant amount of leftover food and drinks with them that was paid for. It is far from ideal to have 2 hours left at your reception and no water. They also did absolutely no clean up on the backend. Terrible experience. Highly disappointed and would not recommend.
