Had low air in my tire and went here to get it patched up. They tried to sell me a new tire and I kindly said no I just needed it patched for now. Came out the next morning and the tire is flat. I'm assuming since I declined on the new tire they only put air in but didn't patch it. I will NEVER come here again and I will tell all my friends and family the same. This is not how you do business

UPDATE!!!! So after I got my tires changed I was driving home and my car started to shake violently like I was getting speed wobble. I came back the next day so they could fix it but, if anything they made it worse. I’ve gotten my tires changed before this and it’s never done that. As I drove back home the second time my car shook so violently and swerved that veered out of the lane and almost drove into a ditch. If I would’ve know they were going to do this I would’ve just gone to the ghetto to get it done cheaper because at least they’ve never turned my car into an actual death trap!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE SERIOUSLY!!!!!!

They installed parts incorrectly. Then made me wait for four hours while telling me it was going to take 20 minutes. And then he said he wouldn’t charge me extra for his screwup.

Alex and his team do a great job on the tires. Everyone that works there is super nice. Buying anything in the auto industry is always a task I hate, but when you work with people like Alex Tires, everything goes so smoothly. Highly recommend them!!

Wife's suv triggered a low tire pressure warning. I couldn't find it but they did. They took the time to inspect tire and found a black sharp piece wedged between the thread. After a few.minutes I was back on the road. Great service!

The folks at Alex Tires made a huge difference in our trip to Mammoth, pulling our trailer. Our car stopped getting a reading on our tire and we were worried we had a flat. We pulled into Alex Tires and they checked and filled up the tires on our car AND trailer as a courtesy. They gave us peace of mind for our 5 hour drive.
