I’ve gone in a few times in the last 4 years to mail Amazon returns. The woman at the front desk has always been kind, patient and incredibly helpful. I will never be going to the post office to mail items and will always return here.

So apparently they open at nine and can't be bothered to change their hours on the most popular way that people look up businesses. Working graveyard shift I thought I could stop real quick before going to sleep. Just frustrated now. They do well here generally.

Came in today to drop off a ups amazon return. I wanted to make sure I had the correct postage on the package and the clerk came out and helped me. He was very friendly.

I've read other reviews panning this store for ups drops. I had a very pleasant experience.

Excellent, friendly people. Very pro-active if there's an issue with a delivery. It's one of those services you might not know you needed, but will wonder how you did without. No more knocks at the door all day, waiting for on-line deliveries or worrying about something stolen off the porch. Just have it sent here and pick up at your leisure, I'm an eBayer and they are an essential part of my business.

Owners are very unprofessional. Staff is quite good but avoid this facility because the percentage of markup on every package is extraordinary in price. You will do better driving to Portland to the Fed Ex, DHL, or UPS locations to drop off your packages. The other 1 star reviews left here are pretty accurate regarding the ownership. Check your prices first don’t get taken to the cleaners.

When I accidentally sent a ton of Amazon packages to their store instead of my house the new owners were amazing and understanding about it. The changes they have made inside the gift shop portion brings a boutique feel. The new management and employees are super kind. They differently have my business.

So let me first say that I never leave reviews but after I just left this place, I wasn't going to let this go. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Horrible horrible customer service and very rude. My wife and I walk in to mail something and the lady working was busy on the copy machine and she said she would be right with us. We were the only customers in the store. I told her no problem and we waited at the counter patiently and looking at stuff in the store. She had her young daughter in there as well and she got very irritated when her daughter asked her if she could go next door to get more popcorn at Ace Hardware. She raised her voice at her daughter then stopped what she was doing and stormed off to go behind the counter to help us. Already getting a bad vibe at this point as if we are inconveniencing her. We bought a shipping envelope for $2.50 and she seemed very irritated by us when we paid with a debit card and she had to grab her machine. I'm sorry but hardly anyone carries cash on them anymore. Once I put the item I was shipping in the envelope, I started to tape on the prepaid shipping label and that's when another customer walked in. That's when she got really stressed out! The tape I was using got stuck onto the role and after a few tries of me trying to get the tape unstuck from the role, she didn't say a word and grabbed the tape right out of my hands and grabbed another role of tape and started aggressively putting more pieces of tape on my package. I was standing there in disbelief. I'm not sure who this lady is but she should be fired! You have no idea what customer service is and I'm so sorry we were such an inconvenience for YOU! I've been in customer service for years and have had the most stressful jobs you could imagine and the one thing you don't do is treat your customers like you did to us. If it wasn't for the customers you would have no business period. I will never go back into this store again, I will drive to Portland if I have to mail something for a UPS drop off. If this lady was SO stressed out and inconvenienced by us (the only customers in the store for the majority of the time) then time to get a new job. Learn to smile and greet your customers and be as helpful as you can be. I will never step foot in this place again.

I had so many (light fixtures) Amazon returns and it was my deadline day. I was in a panic because the labels would not print at all. I wasted too many hours on Amazon’s site. Filled my car and rushed to All About Mail for help. They were getting ready to close but were willing to resolve the dilemma. I’m so grateful for the time they took helping me. Kind and professional new owners. I appreciate having your resource in Scappoose.
