We were shopping for a man's slipper and needed assistance for an optimal fit. We started at the checkout counter and requested help. Amanda accompanied us to the shoes. She asked about our preferences, any special foot/fitting needs and suggested options. My husband needed additional arch support. With Amanda's help he was fitted for a slipper with an additional arch support insert. His slippers fit perfectly and he is a very happy customer. Every employee I met with my 2 visits was welcoming, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable of the merchandise. All Seasons will be my 1st stop when I need footwear, clothing, equipment and so much more.

Let’s start with selection - they have just about any brand of clothing you could want. Lots of staff to help you find what you need. However, in almost every case they were out of the more common sizes (medium for my wife and 40/42 and Long for me). I thought their prices were high but again we are in Alaska and the economy sucks world wide so I’m not going to ding them for that.

This business refuses to follow its own return policies. They will find any excuse possible to claim that you wore the item even if they have no evidence. I purchased a $200 + pair of work boots for my kid. He wore them for all of 15 mins before letting me know they were too big. The person at the counter asked me if they were worn outside and I truthfully told her that he stepped out of the house to show me they were too large. They refused to take them back even though their own return policy says nothing about outside wear. The boots still looked new and had no soil of any kind on them. Don’t buy gifts here. They will not honor their return policy!!

Have been in several times where no one even bothers to acknowledge your presence. Have found in the past, return process or warranty issues to be very difficult where the staff stumble through the process. I was even asked one time to come back at a later date because the new store location did not have the return/warranty book on hand. Prices over inflated and unknowledgeable staff on products. Shop online or go to REI.

Didn't have the size we needed. Had them order it in. That was 7 weeks ago. I called a few times and they told me "someone will call you when they're in". I ordered online myself and got them within a week.

Incredible selection of outdoor and blue collar clothing brands, as well as very reasonable prices and excellent customer service! The staff is always so helpful and friendly as well as educated about their products. It can be so hard to find quality clothing for women working in the trades, but All Seasons nearly always has what I’m looking for. Definitely my go-to!
