Such a lovely place with workshop-like boutiques. Beautiful manicured landscape flocked by rose vines and shady tree, Spanish style roof and walkways meandering along this serene and elegant location ideal for weddings, art shows, and receptions. A pricy little restaurant, Cafe Wisteria, situated around a water fountain bath makes this an ideal respite for tea and photo shoots.

A beautiful garden with taste of Spanish style structures. My family and I love coming here for brunch at the wisteria Cafe. Especially during summer when all the roses and Hydrangeas are blooming.

Allied Arts Guild – A Quiet Sanctuary in Menlo Park

Tucked just off University Ave, Allied Arts Guild is a hidden gem that feels more like a sanctuary than a shopping spot. Whether you’re escaping coworkers, your spouse, or just the chaos of everyday life, this place offers a rare kind of stillness.

The seating areas scattered around the gardens are perfect for those fleeting moments of peace—where you can actually hear your own thoughts. Grab a sip of lemonade, find a bench, and let the fountains and flowers cool you down.

From artisan shops to quiet courtyards, it’s a refreshing break from the Silicon Valley rush. And with its location walking distance from downtown Menlo Park or Nealon Park, it’s an easy stop to build into your day.

Verdict: Come for the art, stay for the silence. This is the kind of place that doesn’t beg for attention—it just quietly earns it.

A TRUE GEM IN THE BAY AREA - 10/10 THE MOST PERFECT PLACE TO GET MARRIED!!!

It's true what they say, "finding the perfect wedding venue is like finding a great partner". We reviewed and visited SO MANY places to have our wedding and stumbled upon a rare gem in the Bay Area - The Allied Arts Guild. We discovered them on Here Comes The Guide (online wedding platform) and it looked promising! Independently, one of our really good friends also mentioned that AAG would be perfect for us so we finally decided to check it out. The second we walked onto the premises into the garden, we knew it was our place. The feeling it gave us, the wonderful weather, the local cats moseying through the rosebushes, the stunning wisteria covered trellises - everything about it was perfect. We met the venue coordinator, Tiana, that first day and we were pretty much sold.

Working with Tiana has been such a wonderful experience while planning our wedding. She is massively accommodating, flexible, kind, welcoming and a true pleasure to work with. From the get-go, we let Tiana know that we wanted to have an unconventional wedding with unique aspects that were authentic to me and my partner and Tiana was so supportive of all our ideas. She helped us figure out cool ways to use the entire space of the Allied Arts Guild, let us explore unique seating arrangements, dream up a magical cocktail hour experience, fold in an live acoustic performance and dished up the most AMAZING food + cocktails for the evening.

I just have to reiterate the food comment again - QUITE LITERALLY THE BEST WEDDING FOOD I'VE EVER HAD. The passed appetizers included mini beef wellingtons, lamb riblets and shrimp tostadas and our mains consisted of an incredible beef short rib & grilled salmon dishes that we could literally hear our guests raving about. As a bride, the biggest advice I kept getting was "make sure you remember to eat during your wedding". I mean, I already knew how good the food was from Cafe Wisteria (the restaurant at AAG who catered for our wedding) and when I say I cleaned my plate during our wedding dinner, I'm not exaggerating. It was DELICIOUS!!!

Tiana and whole Allied Arts Guild team went above and beyond to bring our our wedding dreams a reality and we had the most magical day of our lives. We have so much gratitude for everyone there, especially Tiana - it was more than we could have every imagined. So professional, welcoming and wonderful to work with. Working with Tiana has been such a positive experience for us and not only did we have the most wonderful wedding, we also gained a wonderful friendship with Tiana through the process.

Thank you to the entire AAG team for hosting our wedding. We had the time of our lives and can't thank you all enough for everything!!!

Worked on a wedding event here as a 3rd party vendor. Super beautiful place. The staff are lovely and helpful people. The food was delicious. The scenery is serene and calm. The inside of the building was beautiful as well. Definitely recommend booking here! Looking forward to coming back!

We recently had a retreat here, and the place is so beautiful. Nice Spanish architecture, archways, gardens, patios, and meeting halls, all with exosed wood beams and wrought iron fixtures. You couldn't ask for a better venue for your seminars, meetings, weddings, etc. Parking may be limited depending on the size of your party.

Gorgeous destination. I had so much fun exploring the grounds. However, my meal was a full on joke. I ordered the adult grilled cheese. You know this is one of the most profitable items on the menu. The ingredients cost nothing, yet they charge the same as they do for seafood and meat dishes. My expectation for a $28 grilled cheese was high...the actual impression lead to absolute laughter...what a joke. The sandwich was about the size of the heel of a French bread roll...I'd say 4inches by 2 inches at the largest. The tomato bisque was pretty meh, as was the salad. I almost never react negatively at a restaurant, but this was an absolute joke. I'm pretty sure a 3 year old wouldn't be satiated by this tiny meal. Very unsatisfied customer here!

This is the second time I visit Allied Arts Guild in Menlo Park. It has a mixed art studios and cafes in the same complex with very nice manicured lawns and antique barns and lofts. We had a nice lunch at Cafe Wisteria with family. I would say it is a great place to spend 3-4 hours with family or friends! Cheers! 💐💐
