Very disappointed with this store. I ordered a dress from their catalog, put 1/2 amount down for deposit. 9 days later they call me to let me know that the dress was not available.
I get my refund but they keep 5.00 for using my credit card … sales person asked me if I wanted to order another dress and she’ll call to see if it’s available…. THIS IS WHAT SHE SHOULD HAVE DONE WITH MY 1st ORDER!!
So I lost 9 days to shop for another dress, and they kept 5.00 for doing NOTHING !
Do not recommend this place at all.

I had a good experience. All of the lady's whom I spoke with were very polite and helpful. They have a lot of beautiful dresses, wedding and quinceanera alike. I would recommend this place to everyone. They also do alterations and decor for events and I believe event planning. They are reasonably priced as well. It's definitely worth going here first before you go to more expensive, "name-brand" dress stores.

If I could give zero, I would. but here is my experience. They are unprofessional, only nice toward a certain race, quality of product are poor, even if when they make a mistake they do not own up to it. Read other comments before heading to this spot. We spend thousands of dollars and the items we order some came clean and other really dirty (table cloth had fresh food stain, gold plates were dirty-fresh food etc.) we informed the manager Alma and she seem not to care. There is also another lady that works there, she is honestly the reason i will not con't business with Alma (known her for a while), this lady is very unprofessional, likes to argue with customers and has zero customer services. again i do not do review but this event we did was for 500 guest and we order almost everything from them. I support small business, and i have been going to Alma for a while now but the same issues keep arising. There are plenty of small business that you can use like celebrations or La Bonita Fashion both in Hayward CA. They have the same products and better customer service.

I was disappointed of these place. Its local so I tried for a quinceanera dress. I placed my order and got a call 4 days later, they said that the price was almost 300 over the price they gave me initially. No apology or anything and if I didn't want they could cancel.

I do not recommend this place at all. The customer service is terrible, the ladies give attitude and try to get more money out of you. They do not know how to order the dresses and they do not explain or show you exactly what you are ordering if you are ordering from the catalogue. I had a very hard time just trying to get the dress I had ordered. I had a very very difficult experience with the place and the owner herself I certainly will not be returning to this shop in the future.

They honestly don't even deserve a star. Everytime we went in for dress fittings, they were rude and messed up the dresses. The bride's dress came back dirty and wrinkled. The wedding is on saturday, its ridiculous. DO NO WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE.

To be honest I wouldn’t even give them one star , the owner is so unprofessional gives you attitude , makes mistakes with ur bill , try’s to intimidate you , seems like she has no knowledge on what she’s doing , or bout the business, but she surely wants to over charge you by her own mistakes , Never will I ever go back there . Since the beginning it was an issue it so happens that I had already give a down payment for a quinceañera dress , so I was basically forced to order a different dress cause the first one we order was nothing of what the lady that help us told us ,,, it’s discussing how they try to walk over people there costumers they don’t care one bit about the costumer ... NEVER I REPEAT NEVER GO THERE U WILL HAVE A HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE SPEND UR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!
