I’m a repeat shopper at this store.

Every time I walk in I am greeted and allowed to shop without any high pressure sales tactics, no feeling of being followed around the store. When I need help, the staff are friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and kind.

Prices range a bit, but all are fair for the quality of the furniture you buy. I have a dining room set that has lasted 15 years in perfect condition, just purchased a bed for my teenage son, and a server/console for my living room.

Delivery and assembly was painless, the people who delivered my furniture were careful moving around my house and had my bed assembled in very little time.

Aloha Furniture was an unexpected gem to find!! The selection was amazing, delivery time frames were unbelievable, we got everything we wanted on sale at an amazing price! Leo and Antonio were polite and friendly, extremely knowledgeable, didn’t pressure you while you shopped for couches, and were kind and considerate. We couldn’t have asked for a better shopping experience and the delivery was flawless! We are so happy with our purchase! All I ask future shoppers to consider is the fact that the store doesn’t look like much from the outside, But give it a try… You’ll be absolutely amazed! A fantastic place, near the Hillsboro, that has an excellent selection!! A must visit if you’re needing new furniture!

Selection of furniture was good we had something specific in mind we were looking to get and they had quite a few different options. They were able to deliver and take our old furniture away for a small price. Will return when I want to get another piece of furniture for my place.

Antonio was a joy to work with and helped me quickly narrow down to what I wanted, told me the options, then easily explained the info to help understand the best way to decide between fabric types for the sofa and weigh various pros and cons with my needs. Delivery was fast and easy. This was my first non thrifting couch buying experience and while the price hurt compared to thrifting, most people I know think that I actually got a really good deal and I tend to agree based on what I've seen shopping around. Plus its sturdier and more comfy than IKEA with excellent peace of mind. From parking, to buying, getting a little financing, coordinating delivery, then receiving the couch and relaxing, I probably only spent two or three hours of my life. I wish more major purchases were this easy.

We purchased a sofa and loveseat from this store, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The model in the store was comfortable, but the set we received had deep, noticeable divisions between the seat cushions, creating uncomfortable "valleys." Worse, you can feel the springs when you sit down, and they sometimes even *shock* my hands and arms.

Unfortunately, we were traveling after purchasing and missed the return window. The store refused to take it back or exchange it for another set once that window expired. They did replace it once (since it was still within the replacement period), but the new set had the *exact* same issues.

To make matters worse, we also bought a dining set, and the nails holding the cushions to the seats have been coming loose one by one.

Overall, the quality of their furniture is just poor. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
