"I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. They are mixing beef with goat meat, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the meat is cut into very large pieces, making it inconvenient to use. When I called to address my concerns, their response was extremely rude and unprofessional. This is one of the worst places to buy halal meat. As customers, we should know exactly what we are paying for, but here, if you ask for goat meat, you might end up with a mix of goat and beef. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality and honest service."

Nice hidden halal store with alot of options. Their prices are a bit higher than I'm used to but not unreasonable. I was going to get some chicken cuts but the only fresh chicken had the skin removed which is a bit odd

I’ve been a regular customer of this store, but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. For the past three purchases, the chicken breast I bought had a slightly green tint, was unusually hard, and even had pink-colored holes that made it look as though it had been injected with something. This is highly concerning in terms of both quality and hygiene. I expect fresh, high-quality meat, but these issues have shaken my confidence in this store. I hope the management takes immediate steps to address these quality concerns.

Every week I go shopping at this store. I spend 300 dollars at this store every week. I went again and I have a groceries that are about $200 and I have my kids with me. my kids were touching one of the items to check on it so that maybe we could buy it. But the owner started screaming. He so rude with no respect for this reason I put this review. I left the store and he is losing $200 because of an item that cost two dollars.

So I went to Aloha halal market to get some Ingredients to surprise my friend that was coming over to visit. They do have a dietary restriction which only allows them to eat Halal Food due to religious purposes. So I couldn't just go to Winco or any regular grocery store to get these specific halal ingredients. So I came here to find all the ingredients I needed which I did and I learned so much on the internet about what it means to be Halal.
Halal is an Arabic word that simply means lawful or permitted, but generally refers to what’s allowed under Islamic law. It’s the opposite of haram, which means prohibited. Some things are very clear-cut halal or haram, however, as with a lot of religious law, other things can be open to interpretation.
So I need to buy some meat that's why I couldn't go to any regular grocery store because for meat to be certified halal, it must be slaughtered in a manner known as dhabiha. That means to drain all blood from the carcass. In Islam, the consumption of blood is considered haram/not-allowed. A Muslim must recite a dedication known as tasmiya or shahada during this process.
Not all meat can be made halal, regardless of how it was slaughtered. Animals that are always haram/not-allowed to eat include:
Pork and its by-products are strictly forbidden,
Donkeys, mules, and horses, Fanged animals (cats, dogs, bears, etc),Birds of prey,Reptiles and Some other animals such as monkeys.
Overall I would recommend coming here if you are like me cooking for someone who has a restriction on food of the religious purpose, or you yourself are in the religion and just want to come and find some Halal Ingredients.

Very rude people, dishonest, they sell you meat package when you open it you will find big chunk of fat hidden underneath the meat, also watch your receipt I got charged twice for one item, also when you talk to the owner who is the rudest in the store, he will get so offended, loud and angry, prices are more than any of the other halal or international stores, if you want to compare go To Mingala on canyon road and you will see what I am talking about

I recently purchased a jar of honey from this store, and I was very disappointed with the experience. I typically purchase the same type of honey from other stores, but I happened to be in the area so I decided to give this place a try.

To start, the price of the honey was significantly higher than what I'm used to paying at other stores, the markup here was excessive.

But the real issue was with the quality of the honey itself. When I got home and tried it, I immediately noticed a very strange and unpleasant taste, and I suspect it's due to improper storage or handling. The flavor was just off, and it ruined the entire experience.

When I tried to return the honey, the staff at the store were completely unhelpful. They seemed disinterested in my complaint and unwilling to make it right. I left my phone number with them to let the owner call me, but he didn't even bother himself to call and check.

Overall, I would not recommend purchasing honey or any other products from this store. The prices are high, the quality is poor, and the customer service is lacking. There are many better options out there for getting high-quality products at a fair price. I won't be coming back here again, and I will share my experience with everyone I know.

I'm thoroughly disappointed with our recent experience at this store. My husband purchased a weird and defective jar of honey from this store, and they completely refused to accept a return or provide any sort of refund or replacement.

The honey we bought had a strange off-putting taste and consistency that was nothing like normal honey. We suspected it might even be counterfeit or adulterated in some way. My husband brought the jar back to the supermarket within a few days of purchase, but the staff flatly refused to take it back or do anything to make it right, we left our phone number to let the owner call us, but he didn't even bother himself, it seems that he doesn't care about his customers.

I forgot to mention that the price we paid at this store was way more than what we pay usually for the same item at other stores.

The entire experience was a waste of our time and money. I would strongly advise anyone considering shopping at Aloha Halal Market to think twice and go elsewhere. This level of terrible customer service and refusal to make things right for a defective food product is completely unacceptable. We will never shop at this store again based on this awful incident.
