I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Alpha Rex USA that I feel compelled to share. I attempted to return a pair of headlights for a refund, only to be met with the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The shipment got stuck in US customs for over 10 days because they needed additional documentation to clear the items. Despite multiple emails and phone calls on my part, they were completely uncooperative. Instead of helping, they simply told me they don’t accept international returns—a policy I was never informed about and cannot find anywhere in their return policy.

To make matters worse, they suggested I either resell the items myself or send a video of the items being destroyed in order to get a refund. Why should I destroy perfectly good products for a refund with no guarantee? This entire situation could have been easily resolved if they had just accepted the return once the items were back in the USA, but instead, they did nothing to help.

Now, the items are back with me, extremely difficult to resell and I would be at a loss even if I succeeded, and I’ve lost more money on return shipping. This entire ordeal has been a massive waste of time and money. I strongly advise you to avoid doing business with Alpha Rex USA. Their lack of customer support and unreasonable policies have left me extremely dissatisfied, and I will never deal with them again. Completely unacceptable!

Customer service is top notch. Had a hyper flash issue and both Oscar and Louie were more than willing to help. They asked for some pics of the wiring on my truck and once I sent those and it was correct they sent out some extra resistors and that took care of my issue. They got here quickly too. Have pro series headlights and taillights and I love the look on my truck! Gave it a whole new look! When I ordered my headlights I was not expecting them to be in for 3-5 days and they arrived next day and my taillights came in 2 days! I have been showing all my family and friends and have got alpharex some more sales haha.

Where do I start from to describe the exceptional aftersales support I received! Raven was my first point of contact after one of my Alpharex Luxx edition headlights malfunctioned due to condensation. He helped reassure me that my investment in these lights were not a waste as they stood by their warranty and replaced it for me immediately after I provided proof! Even, when I was unable to reach Raven on phone, the level of customer service support I received from Alpharex is next to none, particularly with the last individual I spoke with (Edwin) who instructed me properly on what to do with the defective light and how to despose it off. I truky appreciate and will definitely recommend your headlights to my buddies that drive pickup trucks too!👌🏽

I really like the headlights. Look great and function great. The fitment could be better but it's defintely not bad by anymeans. Angel in tech suport was awesome. Patient and knowledgeable. He did a professional job and was awesome to speak with. Solved my issue in literally 2 minutes. I will buy from AlphaRex again.

Recently installed the Luxx Series Headlights on my 2012 4Runner. Passenger side high beam did not work at first. Angel from their customer service team did an excellent job explaining this could mean that the metal contacts in the connector are sometimes too close. Simply spreading the contacts apart slightly with a trim remover tool fixed my problem and the lights look and work great now!

Zach at tech support is top notch! Was having some issues, they sent me a new headlight but it turns out it was a wiring issue in my harnesses. Headlight quality is great. Highly recommended. Nova 5th gen style Mk2
