Sold me a broken vape. I asked to switch it out but the old yt lady with dark hair refused. Trash all the way around. They are actually as cheap as their vapes lol but it also reveals they don't have any real relationship with their manufacturers.

I stopped by this location hoping to get better service than the okc location but the heavier short girl with black and white hair was at this location as well. This girl is very unfriendly and lazy, not only was it once again a chore to get up and off of her phone to help a customer but she made me feel as though because I didn't know much I wasn't welcome and this is a big issue. I've never had an issue with any of these shops but I have had many with this specific girl. Please fix this

Huge selection of flavors, and the staff was very helpful as we picked up our first devices. We had no idea about anything and they got us all set and I didn't feel ripped off. Haha. We'll absolutely go back.
