I only use A&M for my vape supplies. They are very knowledgeable about the brands they sell. I was able to find something similar I was using, with their help and they were right on the money.

Sells defective products. Unless you detect the defect in the first hit of the vape in the store they offer no solutions.

Ripping off the consumer is not a good business model.
Definitely avoid this place.

Just bought it and it’s complete garbage leaks all over the place haven’t even had it for day and I’ve been threw 4 coils and of course there is no refund or exchanges… I was told that this one wouldn’t leak I’m just going to buy me another geek vape but not from this company I’ll tell you that

Well used to love this vape shop, last 2 times I went the "manager" was not very pleasant to be honest. I spend $60-$100 at this shop every month. Last time they're machine for points wasn't working thought I'd still get points since I spend a decent amount of money there. Unfortunately that wasn't the case, asked for 10% off since last time I spent about $60 and should have had a discount by now "manager" says "I'm not doing that" and I was pretty surprised honestly since it was the same person working when the machine wasn't working and clearly remembered because followed by saying "that was a long time ago" (last month). Because of the rude manner and overall terrible customer service I responded by saying "okay I might need to just find a new shop to go to", The "manager" responded "Well I don't care" had me straight shocked lol. what the actual heck is going on there where $5 is worth more than a loyal customer and because I shop there so much and definitely should have had a discount by now I was treated with disrespect. Dang. Only good thing I can say is... lots of products and the other person that works there is really awesome even though I haven't seen them last 2 times.

I have been going to this vape shop for quite some time. I regularly by the same thing, the freemax gym disposable tanks. Now they used to cost me 10$ for a box of two because that's how it is supposed to be sold just like any other vape place would sell them. Now this place is trying to charge per tank. I've noticed this place has been doing this with other stuff say if you want a pre made coil they don't sell you a package of them they sell them individually at a ridiculous price witch I didn't think you could do. I'm gonna call the BBB and see what they say. Take your money else ware do not shop here.

I can understand no exchanges on something that works but isn't to the customer's liking. What shouldn't be a thing is no exchanges on a faulty product. Regardless the customer service from one of your employee today was awful. Totally refused to make an effort to help a customer. I had to call another store just to get someone to even attempt to help me and had to drive 15 mins out of my way to get there.
