My friends and I stopped by this Amazon Fresh store to first get some Krispy Kreme donut because they have a little stand inside. We came close to closing time so they were not busy inside and had a lot of open parking. We ate our donut inside the store because there are some seating available. After we finish eating our donut, we went walking around Amazon Fresh. I got a VOSS water bottle and my friend was looking for a lint remover but didn't find one. We checked out their meat selection and also what deals they have here on certain items. I didn't use their shopping kart but I think it keeps track on the items you put in there. They have checkout station and also cashier station as well. The employees here are very friendly and ready to help you if needed. The store is kept organized and very clean inside.

Store was very clean and employees were nice and informative. They had a good selection of fruits and vegetables and good meats too. Reason for only 4 stars is food is VERY expensive.

To start, I don’t EVER leave reviews. I just left this store that my family and I shop in weekly. We always have such a great experience. Today, that was not the case. My mom purchased a pepper that was 2/$1. She accidentally only grabbed 1 pepper. She grabbed the missing pepper and walked over to the original cashier to show him and make it right. He called over a woman named Anita, who clearly did not understand the situation. She was extremely rude and hostile. She refunded it and then claimed that she handed my mom money, in which she did not hand her anything nor did the other cashier. It’s not even about the money since it was only a $1. It’s about how rude this Amazon Fresh worker was to my mother. Hopefully, it was just a bad day and she doesn’t treat any other customers this way.

I had a LOT of returns and Isabella at the Return Counter helped me so diligently and earnestly. A few months ago there was another lady working at the return counter who refused to put my clothing items and smaller items in the clear return bags at their counter even when I implored with her multiple times to do so. That other lady would not even press down the sides of the sticker and just threw the items with the stickers half hanging on there into the cardboard box. I felt despair as I knew I was not being treated well and felt a sense of dread for my refunds being at stake since things can shift and snag in transit naturally and the stickers were not even on all the way. Isabella was remarkably different and was a heartwarming representation of what an Amazon Return personnel should be. After a long hard day at work myself, I came to this store and felt touched by the way she helped me. I can honestly say that she made a tangible positive difference in my day. Isabella is an absolute beacon of kindness that should be celebrated.

Not only is she super friendly, but she knows her stuff too. Lena handles it all with patience and expertise. You can tell she really cares about making the experience easy and pleasant for everyone.

It’s rare to meet someone who’s consistently so positive, but Lena nails it every single time. If Amazon gave out awards for amazing employees, Lena would definitely deserve one!

One of my favorite grocery stores in San Fernando Valley. Very clean with lots of great option. Price is right for prime members. Also a good place to grab fresh Krispy Kreme. I love the salad bar and the sushi.
