Beware - Poor Quality, Worse Customer Service.

Purchased 8 beautiful chairs for our kitchen table. They do have beautiful things at this store. Unfortunately, after about a year of normal use, the leather (or vegan leather, not sure which) started to break down (see pics). Wasn't a priority during covid, so earlier this year (about 18 months after purchase), I contacted the store to show them what was going on. Didn't really get anywhere with them. Then just this month my husband followed up with them and he was told that the manufacturer wouldn't do anything to help us and, or by the way, they don't make this product anymore so they can't repair or recover them either. I would have thought that the store would want to make things right for their customer, but apparently I was wrong. Spent about $3,000 on chairs I had hoped would last more than 18 months but at this point the store manager won't respond to messages so I guess it's just tough luck. Won't be back.

The most poor store, the most poor service! The most poor manager-navid! He is a good liar. The furniture I bought will not be returned or exchanged, even if it has not been delivered yet. navid said that they had been packed and put in the warehouse for distribution, but I saw that they were still in the store. The quality of their furniture is also extremely poor! Although it has been for several years ，but I still remember the terrible furniture store.

Came in today to look at furniture for my new apartment. There seemed to be atleast 3 or 4 people working and maybe one other customer in the store that I saw. Nobody acknowledged me, welcomed me or tried to ask if I needed help the whole time I was there. I'm not sure if this is because I don't look like their normal demographic or what, but it was off-putting so I took my business elsewhere.

Terrible customer service

I bought a product more than 1 week ago and it arrived defective, I'm waiting for a response via email and no one responds to me. Terrible after-sales service.
