American Medical Hearing Center at 12268 Tamiami Trail E pleasantly surprised my husband and I when we stopped by at random because one of his hearing aids wasn’t working. The Lely office deserves the awards they have won. Mitchell Cole ia a very professional, intelligent and personable individual. He knows how to explain concepts and clearly so one can understand something new to them - not an easy task when one is trying to understand something brand new to them. He is a good listener - a rare talent in this digital age. The staff is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs new hearing aids or old ones tested. They make sure you know how to operate your hearing aids. They do not sell you new ones and send you away. They have you try them and come back to make sure they fit..

I responded to an advertisement in the newspaper to try hearing aids offered by American medical hearing centers. I was extremely happy with the results I met with Mitchell Cole who gave me a hearing test, explained the results and the extent of my hearing loss. He offered more than one option for hearing devices at a fair price. I already had hearing aids that worked well so there was no pressure to buy new ones. However I choose to try a pair he suggested for 45 days. I'm very happy with them. They have features my older hearing aids did not have that allow me better control in noisy situations. We have met 3 time since I got them for gradual adjustments to my optimal hearing levels. He explained the phone app associated with my brand, SIGNIA, aids and how I can make adjustments to volume, direction, and balance. Mitchell has patience with me, cares to provide the best resolution to my loss, and is easy to understand. He works at the Lely Office. My Signia hearing aids are a keeper. If you have a hearing loss I suggest you visit the office and see if they can help you.

I was visiting from out of town and my one of my hearing aid wires was hanging on by a thread. I googled “hearing aid repair” and American Medical Hearing Centers was nearby we staying and had great reviews. I made an appointment online for the next day.

This is not just your average hearing center but a group of sincere professionals that truly care about each and every patient and even the ones that come in for a free hearing test! Their mission statement on the wall says it all! Please do yourself a favor and drop in for a test. My Fiancé went from being totally disgusted with her hearing aids to being able to actually hear all the conversations at the noisy restaurants and meetings. A true life saving service done with a smile!
