AVOID!! Bought a load and they told me to expect 15-25% damage rate .... What a huge lie! My truck was closer to 60% damaged and another 25% straight trash. Many boxes didn't even have any product in them. Was told to take lots of pictures and they would submit to boss Mike who "doesn't talk to people". Don't waste your time or money with these guys. Spent $12,800 and have been working for 3 weeks to try to recover about half of what was spent. I worked with Tina.

This place has been a absolutely horrible experience with everything. I recently bought a BBB truckload from this company and the load was absolutely horrible. I wouldn’t recommend buying a Bed Bath and beyond truck from this company everything was a absolute mess. I paid over 10 k for the truck and didn’t even get 3 k in money back from this load. It was a waste of money and the company won’t even make a offer or help me out at all. I can not believe I choose them for this load. It was the first load I did from BBB and it was the worst experience I ever had. I recommend that you buy from another company if you do not want trash. You might as well get a dumpster before the truck gets there to throw everything out. I called and they didn’t give a care in the world to make it right. This is absolutely horrible honestly.

I have purchased several distressed/salvage/returns pallets from AML in the past to sell in a Church fundraiser. I have made money for our church projects every time. Some pallets were better than others, but overall, we have been very pleased. The staff has always be extremely friendly and helpful and responsive to my needs. I would definitely purchase again!
