Amazing experience! I would definitely stay here again. They were so communicative, the room was clean, well decorated, the bed was super comfortable and they are walking to quite a few tasting rooms. Also a short drive to lots of wineries. They left a few goodies in the room for us including a nice card wishing us a happy anniversary! Wonderful place, great prices, and the rooftop patio was an added bonus. Highly recommend!

When we stepped foot into our Willakenzie (our room) it was like a breath of fresh air. Such a welcoming and homey vibe. We were welcomed with soft music playing on the TV, a Delicious bottle of pilot noir, and some scrumptious coffee grounds along with a welcome letter.

They layout couldn't have been more perfect for us. The way the living room connects with the bedroom made it easier to attend to our 2 month old and also give us time one on one with eachother without having to be too far away from our son. Even the kitchen came with pots, pans and other utensils along with seasonings in case we decided to stay in for the night.

We had such an amazing time, that we requested another night and obtained that goal so effortlessly. The staff responded almost immediately (within business hours) and got us our extra night arranged immediately. To spend that extra night relaxing definitely made our stay THAT MUCH better. We will becoming back 100%.

Super cozy room! Loved the complimentary bottle of Pinot Noir and chocolates. The bed is comfy with great bedding, and the French press with local grounds is a nice touch. My only area of question was the lack of attention to the bathroom before we checked in. It's more air BnB in this regard than actual hotel. Pack your own body wash and tissue box. The outdoor common area with table tennis is fun, even though I didn't win. Loved the stay, overall!

Wow! This Inn does not disappoint. It starts with a virtual check-in process. Once you book, the property contacts you to tell you how to access the property. There is no on-site check-in. I liked this. When I arrived, I easily found the parking (free) and entrance. Every door you will need to access for this property is coded specific to your booking. There are no keys. Just key pads. Loved that part. All rooms are on the top floor. So, easy to find. I stayed in the Nekia. This is a refurbished building by a husband and wife with a long architectural history. This place is CLEAN. I literally inspect hotel rooms thoroughly when I travel. I looked for things to be wrong and I couldn't find any. They thought of everything and in great detail. A huge amount of electrical outlets, free coffee, free complimentary bottle of wine, opener and pen. A thorough book explains everything you need to know to be comfortable ranging from where to eat and have fun, to how to operate the thermostat. I found it simple, but some might not. Appointments are modern, industrial and rustic. Wood accents abound. Everything is designed to be quiet, energy efficient and functional. The bed was amazing, the furniture comfortable and the outdoor common area with ping pong, bbq and shaded tables was a nice touch. Wood floors, modern appliances, a beautiful bathroom, more than adequate cupboard space and closet. Iron and ironing board are in the room. More to follow......

This building, constructed in 1905, was originally a Masonic Temple. Over the years it fell into disrepair, but the new owners of the building restored it to beyond its former glory and turned it into an absolute gem. It is centrally located in the charming town of Amity, with a handful of fun places to dine within walking distance.
Our room was very spacious and cozy with beautiful hardwood floors and an exposed brick wall. It had a decked out kitchenette, a very nice bathroom, king size bed, furniture and a dining room table. They did such an excellent job of furnishing and decorating the room that it feels like an upscale condominium with old and new school flare. The walls must be thick because we didn't hear a peep out of any of our neighbors throughout the entire weekend. Not to mention the place was spotless. It's very evident the owners pay very close attention to detail.
Outside our room the hallway is very well appointed with art and warm lighting, and a lift to haul your luggage to your floor. Outside there is a rooftop patio with a barbecue grill, ping-pong table and tables with chairs. They even have a locked area below for your mountain bike, if you bring one along.
Lastly, Barb the owner is especially accessible- she answered all of my calls. She was very pleasant, helpful and polite, offered suggestions on local eateries, and made our stay just that much more enjoyable. She's better than any Airbnb host we've had, and we travel a ton.
I highly recommend this hotel. Lodging here is less expensive than the Red Lion (the Red Lion!) in McMinnville, which we could not believe. Talk about bang for your buck. We are most definitely going back!

We stayed in Amity Flats on our hiking trip. Coming from Texas, the end of May stay was the perfect place to escape the heat. We stayed in the Jory which was just perfect! Beautifully appointed, very comfortable and lots of little extras from a bottle of wine upon our welcome, to fudge and fresh coffee for the french press. They even left fresh farms eggs from their farm! our son and our nephew were very comfortable in their room too (Nekia). The location was perfect. We were hiking on Mt Hood in the snow one day, and enjoying the beautiful coast the next. Silver Falls was near by and of course the wineries were everywhere within a few minutes! We loved playing pink pong or cards while enjoying wine in the evenings on the deck. We loved common grounds coffee and enjoyed restaurants in near by McMinnville, newborn and Dayton. We highly recommend this place!

My husband and I spent two nights at this hotel. They only have 5 rooms but each one is decorated differently and have different feels. The hotel is in an old remodeled brick building above a wine tasting room. I love the contrast between the old and new. Bed was amazingly comfortable, as was the entire room. We used the kitchenette to make coffee in the French press they provided. Also arrived to find fudge made by monks on our bed. Super good! There are a couple of good restaurants and wineries within walking distance but it's also a quick drive to McMinville for lots of options. I can't wait to stay here again!

I was working in Newport, OR , but because of my tight schedule, I decided to stay halfway between Portland and Newport. Amity Flats was a lucky find! It was beautiful, comfortable and filled with thoughtful extras like complimentary wine and fudge (what a great combo!). I stayed in Nekia, and the king size bed was one of the most comfortable I have had the pleasure of sleeping. I truly enjoyed the notebook which gave the history of Amity, Amity Flats and the owners, Rob and Barb. It gave me a more personal connection to my stay. Although I could not take advantage of the location on this trip, I do plan to return and enjoy Oregon wine country from Amity Flats. It's the perfect place!
