I visted this location to have a 12" tire removed and replaced from a electric razor dirtbike . I had already disassembled the wheel and brought the old and new tire and tube only needing a quick swap . She told me it would be $40 which just seems excessive as she told me it would take her guy 5 minutes to do that I could wait in my car. I asked her if she could do it for less and she immediately said no with a nasty attitude so I told her I would do it for $20 and she said no , so I told her I would try somewhere else . I came home instead did it myself with some screwdrivers and 20 minutes later saved myself $40 . Just by that interaction itself, as a local I would never buy anything bike related there ever . Some people just have no idea how to run a business at all .

I was told that the repairs on my Bike was to be only $80, so when i came in she said everything is $215 . Terrible communication with the lady owner. I guess they can keep that bike. I refuse to pay that.

Took my wheel to have a spoke replaced. Two to three weeks later broke another spoke the first time I rode it. Tried to remove the tire to replace the spoke then realize that the tire was glued to the rim tried for 45min. to remove the tire. Finally I had to cut the tire off, nothing else worked, remove all the tape from the rim. As you can see from the photos this is what the inside of the tire looked like. No sealant just a gooey glue like substance. Definitely not recommending this place to anyone.

I'd like to say that I am not a professional bicycle guy and just needed some simple tune up work on my bike. I dusted my hybrid mountain bike off in my garage and it needed some love and care (tune up). I stopped by to ask how much this would cost and basically got attacked by this little lady with a heavy accent who just simply attacked me. I simply asked what it would cost and she went right to $100 for labor (not parts). I said It's fine just needs to be cleaned and maybe greased. She said she would grease the gears, tighten brakes and wash it for $60 plus any parts. After reading some of the reviews (The 1, 2 star reviews) I realized that this is a common practice at this location. It's ALL and ONLY about the money they can squeeze from you. Very disappointed and honestly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I don't know how they can have so many positive reviews with the way they do business. My 2 cents and I hope I save someone reading this the stress of dealing with this location.

Super nice people! Very helpful and kind. The woman behind the counter even offered to go next door and get some ice for the water that they gave me, bottled water, which they didn't charge me for. It's so nice to meet nice people and so rare these days. Kudos to them and the owner!
