My 19 year old twin boys decided to buy their first house and we were lucky enough for Tom Andrew to be the agent listing it. He was very knowledgeable and actually sat down and explained everything to them. I know that most of the houses around here are selling above 150k but he sure treated them like there 25k house was just as important and definitely helped them thru the process with a better deal than we would have gotten on our own. Will definitely use again. Thanks Tom.
