Neighborhood feel, very helpful and friendly employees. Wide range of over-the-counter medications along with a gift shop and other convenience store items. Staff helped me find medications that my husband needed after his surgery and also helped to keep costs low by not filling meds that were cheaper OTC. Would recommend.

I stopped in this morning to get crutches for my husband who was in the ER the night prior for extreme knee injury. I was greeted by the department who handles these scripts with what can I do for you with no smile. The associate Laurie was not very friendly and was very impersonal and not very helpful. Said the script I was given by ER dr was not one they could accept and that they needed so much more information. I have worked in healthcare in all aspects for 20+ yrs I get things sometimes do not happen right away, but the attitude and lack of helpfulness was highly uncalled for. She said they would need info from AGH, I asked if she could call them while I sat here ( as most know the ER does not give patient mush info), as my husband can barely walk. She not kindly at all said “well there is no phone number on here so we can work on it Monday. Then proceeded to ask what the number was. She had 2 computers in front of her that she could have simply googled AGH phone number, as I took my phone out and looked it up within 5 secs. At this point I gave her the phone number while receiving an eye roll. Also we just got new insurance and had yet to receive the cards but advised her of the plan and how to look it up and she stated that wasn’t possible. I know it is possible as I have felt with other pharmacies. The customer service I just received was very unprofessional and if there was anywhere else to get these crutches I would gladly go elsewhere. From this point on I will not use Apple drug again!

when i first walked in it felt creey and after staying a while and reading i dont know how many notices taped up in the place i realized theyre shady af too- and forget trying to call them back youll wait too long every time- if they were serious about customer service they wouldnt short staff the place so bad- but theyre more concerned with doing whats best for their bottom line- not like you get much choice since theyre the only game in town for equipment

I’m sitting here patiently waiting to be helped while the Apple Drug employee (Hanna) and two men sit at the desk where costumers go to pick up their medical equipment. The three of them were talking about everything except pharmacy related matters, like how many acres they own. Hanna just sat talking with them as she watched me sitting waiting for her help. This went on for well over 10 mins as I made eye contact with her several times. She just dismissed my presence completely. Eventually a very nice gentlemen, who was helping another customer when I walked in, asked if I needed help as his very pleased customers were leaving the store. He helped me and he was amazing. I shared with him my frustration with the lack of customer service from Hanna and he apologized. So if you do decide to come to this store, hopefully Hanna will acknowledge you and not ignore you like she did me. As I left the store. Hanna and the two men were still chatting. Thanks to the gentleman who helped me. He was amazing.

Customer service is horrible. I called to check to see if they had an item I need and for over 30 minutes on hold just ridiculous I eventually just hung up THIS PLACE NEEDS PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS PERIOD 10 MINUTE WAIT TIME FINE 30 OR MORE IS JUST LUDICROUS

I arrived near closing time and at first was not offered assistance, spoken to or helped in anyway by the staff near the front door. They just starred at me. I really needed a compression device for a groin issue for my child. When I approached the rear of the store the lady back there was super helpful, stopped what she was doing and tried to find the device. Ultimately the giant of a store did not have the item. The lady gave me some ideas of where to look elsewhere to ensure a speedy acquisition. On the way out (still before their actual closing time) a man who worked there just stared as we exited. Really not an inviting place except the lady in the rear near the supportive devices. She is the only reason I dont give less stars.

I called and spoke to Karen (yes her name was Karen) to ask if they had a certain prescription in stock. She immediately got abrasive and asked me what I needed it for… pretty sure that is a hippa violation and quite frankly non of her business. I was simply asking if something was in stock and she badgered me about what I needed it for. Extremely rude, abrasive, and knows better than to ask about a medical diagnosis. You didn’t need to know what it was for. My question was if you had it in stock. It was pretty simple. She sure lives up to her name.

Only go here if I have to. Always a long wait they are never on time, will lie and say they never received your prescription every time I send my prescription there it’s an all day event if there’s literally any other pharmacy that has what u need I recommend them
