The gentleman that owned this store couldn’t have been nicer nor more helpful .
We chatted for a while about where he was from in Egypt.
There were some shady customers the came in and he treated them with the same respect that he did me. Upstanding individual and business and gave me free drinks for the lacrosse tournament!!!!
Couldn’t say how happy I am that I shopped there .

This is my go to spot whenever I need a new bong or bowls for my bong. Peter is always helpful and hooks me up with what I need. The customer service is always top notch with him. They have a pretty big selection of bongs and pipes. I highly recommend.

I've shopped here many times, so here's my review...

PROS
- huge selection
- good customer service overall
* on one of my visits earlier this year, I wanted 2 items totaling $9 but had only $8 to spend; thankfully, I was recognized as a return customer and received a $1 discount on my purchase
- open on Sundays, unlike some of their competitors

CONS
- prices are generally higher than those of the other smoke shops in Indio, presumably due to higher rent at their location
- at times I've felt rushed despite being the only customer present

Came here on Christmas Eve to get a specific type of screen. The person working (owner?) was trying to tell me it doesn't matter the size, but I explained I was looking for a specific size screen, like the one on the box of screens he pulled out. He quickly got frustrated with me, so I told him "nevermind" and left. Upon exiting he shouted something at me in another language. I went back in and asked him if he shouted something nasty at me when I was leaving. He said he shouted, "Have a nice day." I told him he did not, and left again. DO NOT GO HERE. They are rude and there are other smoke shops in the area (like the one on Indio Blvd.)
