Some of the friendliest people around. They were able to fix an issue with my bike that other shops had missed and were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were even abundantly patient with me when it took me an embarrassingly long time to come pick up my bike. This shop has none of the pretentious attitude that some places can have with non-serious bikers like me. I appreciate them and will do all my future purchases and repairs here!!

Great service, fast turnaround, extremely high quality work. My bike feels tighter and smoother than it has the whole time I've owned it. Feels like a new ride, and quite affordable. Excellent service! Quick and professional. Fixed my husband's e-bike (not the electronic portion, they only do bike work) in less than a week. This included shipping. It was affordable, and they provided information about what they were going to do and a quote. These guys are great!

I recently took my Diamondback Sorrento into this shop convinced that I needed a new rim. Everyone one in the store was masked, and didn't crowd.

The tech, (Sorry, didn't catch your name) put the bike on the stand, partially deflated the tire, took a strange looking vice-grip and pulled hard on the tire and said "That will seat now." He then checked various tolerances, and gave me a heads up on future maintenance needs.

I asked what I owed and he said "Nothing". The tire HAS seated, rolling Smooth now, Thank You!

I had Ashland Cycle Sport fix another bike two years ago, and I was very happy with the service then, but did not comment.

This is a straight up, fine bike shop keep up the good work!

I figured I would walk in and, if ignored, leave. However, i received prompt attention to my repair needs. They called me when the work was complete. The price for the repair, including labor, was reasonable to me. When I left with my bike the rear wheel nearly fell off since the nuts hadn't been properly tightened. They addressed that promptly, but my confidence was shaken. Update: rode the bike for a brief ten miles. Everything moved smoothly and quietly. Consequently I raised my rating to a four.
