I was surprised by the huge selection of decorative items. They offer hundreds of area rugs, numerous bar/counter stools, pillows, flower pots, nightstand knickknacks, mirrors, Halloween decorations (in July), and pretty much everything that you can think of. Nice to have the variety. Nothing is really fancy or expensive but the store is well organized and maintained.

I visited this At Home store today in Hoover AL. I have travelled from the west coast to the east coast and this was the dirtiest, unorganized and unkempt store I have ever been in. For crying out loud, get a broom and sweep the floors. So many empty shelves, and boxes sitting everywhere piled up high in some places. The tops ripped off and customers shopping out of them. It was horrible. Where's the management, this is Friday and the store should have been busy. It wasn't...it was dead. I Love at Home, but corporate needs to take a look at this store and make a change in management, or maybe they don't have a good manager. The on cashier wasn't busy and was on her phone. Find anyone that works there was a joke.

The prices were great.In and outside of the store is well kept. The staff are friendly and helpful,outside parking is good/plenty of space between cars ?/suv .

They never have Halloween out for more than a week or two, Christmas in September is ridiculous and I won't ever recommend this store for Halloween bc of that fact.

I really love this store. I am there regularly and the staff are always pleasant. Yes, it can be a little disordered (and getting ready for the holidays a lot disordered) but that's part of the fun. I've had to do several exchanges and have never had trouble. It is one of the cleanest At Home stores I've shopped at.

Prices were not always easy to find. Some prices are a good deal while others are very high for what you are getting. I was disappointed overall. Not a good use of all the space they have. The store looks very cluttered in some areas.

I really like this store. It has the best selection of outdoor furniture cushions that I've ever seen. Also, it has a good selection of lamps. Then, anything else you are looking for in between these two is probably there as well. Prices are good, too!

I have purchased a great deal of seasonal decor at At Home and have always been pleased and recommended the store to others. Just beware of buying decor before the season you intend to use it for. I purchased 2 of the Large Blow Mold Jack o Lanterns at the end of July because they were sold out last fall when I was trying to find them. I stored them inside after purchase and put them out September 14th and by September 27th the paint has chipped off most of the top of one of them, less than 2 weeks after putting them out. I contacted customer service, but of course it's outside the return window and if it wasn't they are once again sold out everywhere. Also, I'm now skeptical of their online reviews being honest as you cannot leave a review for items purchased on their site and all the reviews of these pumpkins are 5 stars and I can't be the only one this has happened to. I asked a customer service representative about this and she said you are unable to leave reviews for items purchased at this time. So who is leaving your reviews
