Bought a vehicle here. I get it. Used car dealer. No lemon laws in Arkansas. This place takes full advantage of that fact. The crank shaft pulley fell off. Ok. Maybe they forgot to retorque after their shade tree maintenance. Then the compressor pulley. Took it to an actual shop to have it looked at. Lots of poor maintenance. Improper torque of bolts. Wrong bolts altogether. And the motor is blown. Sold to me as no major issues. They get these things running just good enough to get them off the lot. These people are NOT trustworthy.

Their communication before the sale is almost non existent. When I talked to the owner he was friendly but trying to deal with his daughter on sale details she can clearly care less. I did my pre approval last week for a vehicle. Saterday I would have come amd baught it but a week later after asking twice they still will not provide me my approval terms, if I get a reply at all. My business is going elsewhere.

Meekness is learned but the lies are deep, which we are turning over to the BBB and to a lawyer when found. This dealership needs to be shut down. Looking at all the negative reviews and no consequences, is baffling.

We were talking to the owner, which I guarantee the daughter or him will comment on here, and make excuses or a lie about what I am about to say (gaslighting and manipulating the situation) BUT we saw a white jeep I absolutely loved "on pictures", I requested a video, it took forever to receive, but I did receive it, it was only few seconds long, I had asked if it was smoked it, I was told not that he knows of, I sent the video to my husband who is a mechanic. The owner said their was absolutely nothing wrong with the car, we didn't really hear anything in the video, so we asked to see it a few days, the owner pressured me, saying other people were looking at it and that they could do a deposit to hold it. I asked if it was refundable, no reply but it's a great car, ( he didn't even mention a non-refundable payment on the phone, he just gave me over to his daughter, she sent me a recent thats it) that was my first warning. Ignoringit, thinking this was a honest dealer ship. We left that Thursday Oct 8th, as we just received insurance money from a car wreck a few weeks pryer. Even tho we were broke until the insurance money came in, my husband took off work to drive 3 hrs down into the hills of Arkansas, just to be presented with a jeep that had no cv axles this was a 4 wheel drive my husband said from looking at under the car, it was drove thru the mudbog. (HUGE lawsuit waiting to happen with a slap of first degree murder if anything had happened riding down the road) the door handle bars were broken off, glove box broken, severe smoke stains all over, the engine had a knock, over 21 codes, then the cv axles topped it off.... We go back in and tell them we wanted a deposit back, as the car is not at all the same conditions as what they said. His daughter said it's not refundable, and said her father had told me (which was a lie).(Shame on you for praying on poor people for the gain of money) I wouldn't go to this car lot, as they claim to be honest and claim to be God fearing, but their conduct products business and reviews say other wise. Please bring someone who knows their vehicle even if your desperate for one, it could save your life and save you a lot of stress.

To the owner, I know you read these reviews and refute a lot of them. When will you take accountability? And responsibility of being a con man? God fearing men don't lie to make money. You can say you believe the bible but if your actions don't follow them it's just like the devil who believes but doesn't do what he says. No difference. We are in contact with the BBB and we are looking for lawyer, as we have waited for a couple weeks, to see if this will be resolved thru cash app, the plat form we paid you on, so now we will go higher. We will be coming for your license as a dealer. As it is unlawful to sell lemon car in the state of Arkansas. As by your reviews, lemon cars are all you sell just for a quick buck in your pocket.

These people are so kind, fair, and family oriented. They gave us a very great price on a car that served us well. They also gave us advice and help when it came time to sell a car. We go back to them when we need new cars. They know car business and have great connections.

0/10 would not buy a vehicle from this place. we bought a truck from here in march. worked great for two weeks then kept over heating. turns out this place poored so much stop leak on it so it would pass a driving test. had to spend thousands to repair it including radiator, water pump, thermostat, and head gaskets. still having to flush the coolant line to try and get it all out. ridiculous for places to do things like this. was planning on writing this place a great review until that happened. take your money else where because this place is a joke.

Bought a vehicle from them last year and paid cash. As of June 24, 2024 I still have not been able to get a title from them. Buyer beware. I got a hostile response the last attempt I made to get a title. Buyer be very aware.

Very quick in and out. Got us took care of. As far as I can't tell they are pretty much a straight shooter and tells you like it is. They took care of throwing a new battery on at no cost. Super fast paced.
