Amazing I have been broke down for two days finally get to AutoZone to get my serpentine belt and it was wrong called talked to Tristan and his manager they fixed the problem and delivered the belt to me . We need more people like them that go out of there way to customers.

Auto ZONE is the same all over, what made this one special to me was the employees, they were very helpful, friendly and didn't act like most people and treat you like they wish you would go away. There was only 2 people working and was kinda busy, I had an engine light on and asked if they would check it for me,it took a few minutes before someone came out but he checked it for me and was really nice about it and didn't seem to mind, we went back in and he ran the codes and told me exactly what was wrong, they were really nice people.

Yesterday I was having trouble with one of my car’s battery we were trying to jump it off from my other vehicle but were unsuccessful. I went into autozone to try to get some assistance the first employee I talked to kind of brushed me off like he didn’t want to be bother… so I found another employee. His name is Manuel T. He was so helpful he came and we tested my jumper cables and then I purchased a new set and we tested those and we still couldn’t get a spark so we figured it was anything wrong with my original cables. I went on and bought a new battery and Manuel helped me get everything we needed. Thanks again! My car is back up and running!! Go see Manuel he will get you fixed up!!
