The coffee was good, and the cake was okay, but nothing stood out. When I asked the staff for dessert recommendations, they weren’t very helpful. One nice touch is that they serve coffee in real cups, which I appreciated. Overall, it was an average experience.

Excellent coffee shop in this area, much better choice than Starbucks. High end coffee for discriminating coffee enthusiasts. Coffee is prepared by an actual barista, rather than a button pusher. Cappuccino was excellent. We didn't try any food, but what we saw looked much better than Starbucks as well.

I would usually never put a one star review, as I know it can hurt a business, but what I experienced needs to be pointed out.

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. I'm used to a bagel being wrapped up in paper and sliced down the middle, but it was placed into a to go container. Fine, no big deal. Open up the container after I started driving, and there was no cream cheese on the bagel. Instead, the cream cheese was inside of a separate container. A bagel with cream cheese means, I actually want it ON THE BAGEL. Serving the cream cheese on the side is sacrilegious and an absolute insane concept. I paid for 100% of the bagel, please make the the thing 100% of the way. It was bad enough that it was over priced, but to do that was absolutely mind boggling. I know this is mainly a coffee shop, but if you can't do bagels right, please don't put them on your menu and give people false hope.

Excellent young staff, very pleasant and friendly.
Been coming here for years, several times per week. Prices a little high but quality is commensurate. Wall plugs at all seating in the main area. Generally not too busy except lunches and dinner but usually quiet with a wide variety of background music. Trimet bus 47 and MAX blue and red(soon) just across street.

This place is more spacious than other locations and has a nice atmosphere so you can relax. I especially love the Napoleon (millefeuille) and always have it with coffee. We stopped by after lunch yesterday, but unfortunately it was sold out.🍰 However , all the cakes are very tasty and elegantly sweet. 🤤

Giving a 2 star not for the coffee but the attitude of the barista. I ordered a small Mocha and a medium Latte (repeated that I wanted a medium latte). I wait for five minutes and I see what looks like my order except the Latte is also small. I tell the guy serving that I ordered a medium latte - he says the order says small.
This is when the girl who took my order joins the conversation. Instead of clarifying, she declares but I charged you for a small latte. Do you want me to upcharge you? I answer, I was very specific I wanted a medium latte. Once more, its the same - I charged you for a small latte, do you want me to upcharge? not once did she ask do you still want a bigger one or how can I make this right. All she is concerned about is what she "charged" me for and if she should "charge" me extra never once offering that she'll fix the problem. Acknowledging/Apologizing was not even a part of the conversation.
This is not how you service your customers. Such a poor show of customer service. Should you be trying to fix the problem or only be concerned about whether I should pay extra? I was never impressed by customer service here but preferred to get my coffee and have my money go to a local coffee shop over Starbucks. But I guess I am going to actively avoid going here. I'd rather drive 5 minutes extra and go to Insomnia instead.
Very disappointed - hope they have better customer service trainings for their staff!

In love with this place already - we just sit here peacefully and dive into our laptops. I give 3 stars only because I did not like the white chocolate coffee, it was so not like chocolate at all. The muffins are great, dark chocolate coffee is good. The bagels with cream cheese were a total waste of mood and money.
