I got a rogue instead of the Rav 4 Listed in my agreement. There are scrapes on the right front bumper. As well as indicators of a body shop evaluating the damage in several areas on the vehicle. White X's. I called them. They informed me they were aware of the damages. We shall see.

I always choose this Avis/Budget vehicle rental location. They have always given me the utmost service and never had an issue with any of the vehicles(I'm nearly on a first name basis here due to my numerous times I've rented here 😁). I've rented from other rental dealers and either the vehicle was beat up or left me nervous about if was going to break down on me, or I was overcharged for "fees" or the price of the rental itself. Here at Avis/Budget, I feel confident in driving any vehicle I rent.

Terrible company! Budget/Avis try to scam people out of money!!! Rented an already damaged car from them. Returned it 4 days later. Over a month and a half goes by and they send me email after email claiming that I damaged the car and owe them over $4,000.00. I send them in my pink slip showing that the damage was already there. The same day, they respond and tell me they are sending me to collections. I WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER RENT A CAR FROM BUDGET/AVIS AGAIN!!!! I suggest anyone else going through this, get an attorney. The collection agency they are using is also known for their scam tactics.

The crew at this Avis car rental location are amazing. They are courteous, helpful and professional. Every car I have rented has been immaculate, if not fairly new.

This Avis car rental is so great! It is so much less expensive than the airport as it doesn’t have the airport junk fees. It’s a quick easy trip there and the staff are all friendly and great to work with. Fast and efficient. We will be back!

I have been renting with this Avis Bloomington, MN location from past 10+ years. The service what this location provides is just amazing! Aaron and Anthony are absolutely helpful, kind, timely and promising with their customer service. They always have inventory with newer cars/models for those who would like to experience with less milage for long drives (specially I am one among) and their service/upgrades are hassle free and the overall process is seamless. Cars are always cleaned/washed up well in advance and the rates are truly affordable/competitive considering the prime location (close by to Airport, MOA, major stores) within the Twin Cities.
Aaron: Quick, Helpful, Attention to detail with customer requests/changes, hassle-free upgrades for preferred members, extremely timely with his service.
Anthony: Very kind, humble, exceptional in understanding and fulling any customer requests and a very courteous human being.

Lastly, I ONLY wish this location can have some extended hours during the weekend!

I had an unfortunate experience, and it was handled professionally in the end. My car caught a flat tire. The next day I exchanged the vehicle with no problem. They had the car warm and ready to go. The staff was very friendly and professional. I will rent again from Bloomington Avis.
