I placed a shirt order for our small business and our shirts came messed up. We went in person to verify the design and size of the logo on the shirt. We paid in full the day of the order. Shirts came with comically small design on them. Obviously we wanted them redone correctly. The owner was SO rude about it. Didn't want to fix the order. You should not have to make a fuss to get your correct order done. absolutely no apology from him, in fact the exact opposite. Accused us of trying to "get something out of it" and that it would cost him money to redo the order. No discount, no apology and when we came to get the replacement order he stormed right passed us and didn't say a thing. We have screenshots of everything so there's no denying him not wanting to fix the order or being mad at us for some reason. We have nothing to do with the order besides giving the design download and paying for it. We did our future shirt orders with LogoKick.
