Great experience buying a maverick hd mower

Dustin knows his stuff, professional friendly, qns took the time to answer all of my questions (to include the dumb ones).

I'll know I'll be only be buying from badboy joe in the future..
if I ever need to get another one.

He Dropped off this monstrosity, and gave great maintenance / how to use course. He genuinly believes in the machine, and his enthusiasm in the photo shows it.

This place has solid customer service, and a badass mower.

I walked in and had 2 models in mind due to a new property purchase. The staff talked me through both, answered my questions about engines, transmissions, decks, etc. They let me know about other features as well.

I ended up buying a mower and asked about delivery pricing. I had an option to borrow a truck/trailer but they said "free"! They also let me know about maint cycles for oil, when to grease, flat out told me to make sure I either used a leaf blower to blow stuff off or power wash when cold, then grease, etc. after each use so the belts wouldn't burn up faster or otherwise.

When the mower showed up, they had topped the gas off for me. The drop off guy made sure I knew where all the grease points were, what type of gas to use and more. I had to argue over the tip I left in his hand cause he was "just doing his job".

Bought a mower there 5 yrs ago. It caught fire while my husband was on it. It caught the seat on fire. Called and spoke with someone said that theres nothing they can do. For a 3500 dollar mower to only last five years is ridiculous. Do not recommend getting a bad boy mower.

Dont buy one of these unless you live close to the dealer. I live a great distance from any dealer and will be charged to pick up the mower to have warranty work done on it. This makes the second time in 10hrs this machine needs attention. Maybe I just got a lemon.

One year ago I walked into Bad Boy Mowers. A gentleman walked up and said "I think this mower belongs to you." He actually thought I was someone else, but he was right that I was leaving with a Mower. Dustin and Joe took good care of use and helped us pick the perfect sized Mower for our property. We bought an Elite and have zero issues. Great customer service!

There website says they have the maverick in stock. I just walked into the store and was asked how they can help. The guy NEVER moved from his perch at the counter. I said we were there to buy a maverick again the guy never moved just said we do have mowers. And said it with an attitude. We won't be back. I guess they don't need to sell anything.

Highly recommend. This was an easy and hassle free purchase. They even delivered my new ZT mower free. They offer service or you can do it yourself, they sell everything you need. Great experience!!!
