This place is amazing. I have a Sony turntable that I haven’t used in 40 years and decided to start playing some of my old (early 1960s) LPs but the needle was no good. I brought the cartridge in and Elliot took great care of me. The cartridge was old and fragile and cracked when getting the needle out. He offered to give be a second hand cartridge free and just buy the needle - unbelievably generous; or, the option of a new cartridge and needle that would be a better option. Not only did he did the right setup, he even assembled the cartridge. I got it home and popped it into my turntable and it worked perfectly. Elliot was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond what anyone could possibly expect. I highly recommend Bananas Vinyl Warehouse.

They have an impressive selection of records and old-school equipment, very fair prices, whether you're buying or selling records. Doug is a very cool and down-to-earth guy as well, overall a fantastic experience.

Recently visited and let me say first off the staff at the warehouse were top notch and friendly. While the warehouse is really the "sorting" facility there were many interesting oddities and it was well curated.

Loved my experience here. Great prices and wide selection of older / lesser known vinyl with the more known stuff at the store on 22nd. The staff is so incredibly kind and helpful. You can spend hours here - I’ll be back soon!

Fantastic record store, best I've ever been to. Great selection, everytime I'm in St. Pete I have to go, and when I'm there I pick up 4-8 records for the price of 2-3 at standard record stores.

If you're into classic music from ~50s - 80s you can easily find anything you'd want.

Plus the staff there are always so friendly and helpful. Particularly one of the guys there works as a DJ, he's great. It's a minor disappointment when he's not there, I spend half the time talking to him about whatever when he is.

the best record store in the states because I’ve been there at least 20 times for a full 7 hours and i haven’t even dented its mass amount of unfiltered un-picked through mint shape vinyl records.

I am obsessed with this warehouse. I discovered it a few years ago and have been back many times since. The staff is so helpful and the selection is so large that it’s almost overwhelming.
If you’re a vinyl junkie this is 100% the place for you.

By far the biggest selection of vinyl 45s I have ever seen. Staff was friendly and really helpful. Prices were on point. If you have never been 45 hunting here, pack a lunch cause you’re going to be here awhile! I never made it next door to the retail shop but there is even more over there. I will definitely stop here every time I’m in town now. Thanks for the vinyl fellas!
