We typically love hanging out and spending money having a good time sorting through merchandise. Today, everytime we picked up something, we were getting harassed to not open the boxes. Can I suggest more tables to open boxes around the store. This would make it a better experience and less harassment.

I've been coming to bargain bins for quite a while. Brought my kids in with me and everything. Today I brought my youngest nephew in. He's nine to pick out some things for Christmas for his family. When we came in we started looking. He stayed right by me. No problem. He didn't open any boxes. He wasn't throwing things anywhere. He stayed right next to me and just looked through the bins with me. The woman in charge today came up and said we don't usually let the kids dig in the bins but we got all the glass out and all that and I said okay. Thank you. I appreciate that. And since I didn't see a sign on the door saying that no one under 16 is allowed to shop in there, I took that as as long as I kept a good eye on him, he would be okay. She didn't specifically say not to let him or I would have stopped. We made it about a third of the way through the store before the woman stood in front of everybody and said if you have kids in here under 16 I don't want to see their hands in the bins. "I don't want to see children running around with things that they don't have money to buy and I'll tell you my kids wouldn't be in these bins". So if this is a company policy it probably needs to be placed on the door because I used to bring my kids and they we're always fine. Nothing was ever said until this time. This was supposed to be a fun day between me and my nephew and we had to cut it short.

He is well aware of all the broken glass and everything that could be in the bins. We are careful and I didn't appreciate being called out in front of everybody, especially when there's not a sign on the door that says that no one under 16 is allowed to buy anything from this place.

We have been going since they opened up the one in the mall and have expanded to all of the bargain bins in the surrounding areas This place is good place to score great deals the only problem is the customers that take there chairs and put them in line and leave only to come back rite before the doors open and that is not rite for the people who actually sit with there chairs like your supposed to do the one s who sit with there chairs the whole time should be able to set the empty chairs to the side so they could have there riteful place in line the employees are great and helpful the chair problem is the only one I have people just follow the rules so it is fair for every one come on now

The help is awful I recorded them being rude and they had me banned from the place. But they recorded me coming in and put it on Facebook. If your white they are very rude to you.

Purchased several things in store, all the pieces seemed to be there but when we got home and out batteries in or plugged up nothing worked.
