Mr. Barkley had very good customer service. He did not patronize me, which I was worried about since I am a young woman. They got me in in less than a week, diagnosed my problem and made a plan to fix it the same day despite having lots of other cars there, and fixed it within a reasonable time frame. The problem with my brakes is completely gone now.

I've used Barkley's Auto Service a few times now and I've been pleased with each experience. They are knowledgeable, professional, and honest. After mentioning to a friend how pleased I'd been with their service, I visited their website to check on something else and ran across their Code of Ethics. Reading through the Code, I quickly discovered the 'why' behind my great experience. Does your mechanic have a Code of Ethics?

Barkley’s Auto Service is very unprofessional when coming to providing service for clients that require assistance with their AC. When coming for transparency between customer service and the customers, they are not only dishonest about when they’ll get back to someone that has been constantly complaining about service they aren’t being given, such as myself, having someone wait 2 days for a simple request for them to still not provide me service. Additionally, they are also very rude towards the clientele when you decide to call them out on it, they silence you and try to alter the situation to make it seem that it was you the one being ignorant and disrespectful when all you demand is service for the appliance such as my AC, which is something that you are paying for honestly and respectfully. As a person, I believe that honesty is an important quality and what you give is what you get and Barkley went completely against those principles while also making people go to great lengths just to try and communicate with a business company that is uncooperative and unmannerly. To conclude, Barkley service that I was provided was completely unacceptable and I truly do not recommend their service.

Best place in Greenbrier to have work done. Took my truck in and asked them to do a bumper to bumper inspection and tell me what it needed. They gave me a list of things that needed to be done immediately and another of things that could be done at a later time. They we're flexible with my time and got the work done on schedule. Their prices were fantastic and their entire crew was extremely professional.
