The music is so loud and actually super inappropriate most of the time. I used to love studying in here but now I can’t even focus because of the music. Please play normal bookstore music!!!

Stopped by this campus library on a road trip. I like the architecture and interiors of this book store, spacious and bright, well stocked with LSU shirts.

The music is genuinely so loud, and often times so
obnoxious. Everything else is great! Just not the most fitting music for people inside studying, reading, etc.

There are a lot of great LSU items to shop through for days! However, it is pricey. Starbucks is also inside of thos location!

If the Starbucks is going to be out of the refreshers for month after month, then just say they’re discontinued. Also the student supplies section was sold out of scantrons for more than a week on one occasion. I was lucky that student government gives them out.

The coffee is decent, the employees are nice, the atmosphere is great. The only real complaint I have is that the bathrooms (at least the women's bathroom) is ALWAYS filthy. The toilets need cleaned, there's toilet paper everywhere, they're always out of paper towels, and the trash never gets taken out. Fix that and this place is golden.

Call lines are all full and the website is super buggy.

I had $1200 of textbooks in my cart that the website wasn't letting me remove so that I could actually buy what I wanted. Tried to remove cookies and cache and it was still there. I ended up buying on another web "browser." :/

Earlier this school year I bought Dr. Kundu's book and waited for >month and then cancelled over the phone because it was taking way too long. (since there's no option to do that online.)

Please don't sell books you can't actually sell!!!!!

The customer service at their Starbucks was good. My only complaint is that half way through drinking my frappee I found a bug in it.
