I built a house and used Barton’s. As long as the guy thought I was about to buy stuff he answered every phone call and was very helpful, but after I ordered it I couldn’t get a hold of him to see where it was. I was told 4-6 weeks for windows and I got half of them in 12 weeks which 1 window was ordered obscure instead of clear and the factory messed up on the size of a big double glass door which resulted in an additional 8 weeks. They held the job up and never gave any discounts for their issues. I also used another company in town and got much better service. If I could redo it I would use the other company

I spoke with whoever it was in charge of replacement windows. They said "if you're serious about buying we'll come out and measure for you"
Even though the wait time to receive was 8-9 months whish is insane. I scheduled a date and time for the guy to meet me at my house. He didn't bother calling and never showed up. Lousy customer service and unprofessional. Keep that up and you're store will close and go bankrupt. Might be a good thing

Those folks over to Bartons are the friendliest and most helpful people you ever want to run across. There were two Big Fellas in there and they were kind enough to pull a space heater out of the box to make sure that I had the right connections. Those guys were just great and I mean great. When I left there I had the utmost confidence that I could install this heater and know that I had the right connections and I most certainly did. Thank you Bartons

The last few times I have called on lumber prices they have been the most inexpensive place in town with far better looking lumber than Lowe's. Highly recommend you check them out before buying.

We have built almost an entire house with Barton's. We have been very pleased with every aspect of doing business with Cliff and his crew. I may try to add pictures later ... didn't know that was an option. However, I can tell you; Cliff was able to beat prices on cabinets, flooring, trim and doors and we looked checked prices in Jonesboro & Paragould. Thanks Cliff for being a man who stands by his word and providing quality at an excellent price.

When I went in I was greated a d askedif I needed help. Needn't have everything I needed. Ineeded 1/2 " and 3/8 " staples for my Sears electric staple gun. Only had 3/8" so still have to find some where else.
