Do not come here if you plan on buying just one item. I came in the store and was ready to spend $1300 plus for a chair. Katherine, the sales rep kept on trying to get me to go online for fabrics and other options. I told her that was not necessary and that I had all the specs and was ready to purchase.

She still insisted that she would email me a quote and told me the lead time for one chair was 6 weeks. I have left the store more than two weeks ago and still no quote.

I ordered directly from Steelcase and my chair is already home (less than a week).

Bottom line...they don’t care about selling one item. They want to sell in bulk only. If that’s the case, they should advertise in that manner.

Use them to see the products, but don’t buy from them! They’ll mark up the prices!
