This particular store sucks. I don't know if it's only this store or Batteries Plus in general, but they won't honor the warranty on a battery if it was purchased at a different Batteries Plus. The store I bought my batteries at for my RV is 1600 miles away. If you are smart, you will buy your batteries elsewhere. These batteries were not cheap. They were $350 each and I had two. I hope your store loses sales because of this post. What is the point of a warranty if you won't honor that.

Store clerk could not figure out how to give me the $ 10 refund of the core deposit on a battery purchase when I returned a comparable battery. I was told to call back in a few days and when I called back they told me I had to come in (20 mile trip for me) to get the refund. After I pushed back they did it over the phone. Sounds like a scam to me....

Needed a car battery for my Subaru Forester. Ordered and paid for online. Very easy process. Set up an appointment time for the next day. Staff contacted me within minutes to confirm. They were prompt and friendly. Installed and was on my way in 15 minutes. Way faster and cheaper than going to a mechanics shop. Would not hesitate to recommend the Naples location. Thanks guys. Friendly, helpful, attentive. This location is fairly well hidden. I had no idea it was there. Glad i found them. They have a lifetime replacement plan for key fobs. They replaced both of mine quickly at no charge. Then they checked my car battery - also for no charge. I went back a couple of days later for hurricane supplies. Go see them. Great service.

The Staff was amazing… knowledgeable , helpful, and courteous and they even came out to my home and installed my golf cart batteries…it took less than an hour! I highly recommend this store!!!

Greg the owner and the staff here are awesome. I always forget how much more they can do here, it's a one stop shop for alot of things you forget where to go to get fixed or to buy. I need some big 12 volt batteries for our Hatteras, and they have them and at a price that beats so many other places I've called. Check em out, and do t forget like me they do more than just batteries.

Thank you to the wonderfully nice man at Batteries Plus 9967 Triangle Blvd 34113, who took the time to help me with an issue with my new Air Tag. He didn't send me out the door saying he couldn't help me, but spent all the time necessary to fix the issues I was having. How great is it to have such a wonderfully staffed store in our area? And who is open 7 days a week anymore? They are and you just don't find that much anymore in this day and age. My words can't say thank you enough....
When you are in need of anything in the line that Batteries Plus carries - do not hesitate to make it your go to store. You will be so glad you did....again Thank you!
