Initially didn't go in looking for a vehicle , but came out with a Jeep I absolutely love! Kirby Graves was an amazing salesman. The entire team had great communication skills throughout the process .

Hopefully I can purchase my future upgrade with Kirby again!

Instead of using the Mopar gasket their service folks decided to glue the third brake light cover on so now I can’t change the bulb. I’d give zero stars if I could because the stupid cover is still leaking anyway. Just shut the place down.

Unless your paying cash i would avoid this dealership! In my experience I was shopping around looking at trucks and running the numbers. I was interested in a few vehicles they had and wanted them the run the numbers and tell me what they could do for me as far as loan term interest and down payment. Everything sounded good on the forefront until they started running my credit. I now have 20 hard inquiries on my report. After they ran it several times they offered me a decent down payment but I was nervous in dealing with them as this didn't seem very professional. Why ruin a person's credit trying to find a good deal? So like I said unless your buying in cash or using your own bank DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!

Talk about PHENOMENAL people!!!!! Our salesman (Chris Crawford) was freaking awesome!!!! Because of him and Mr Bellomy, they went above and beyond to make our deal happen and made sure that we got EVERYTHING we wanted from our deal happen. Then afterwards, Chris came out with us to our new truck, talked us through EVERYTHING on the screen, went over everything with us on the truck, then our truck out back and did another inspection with the mechanics to make sure EVERYTHING was good to go for us. Even the other salesmen were very professional and went out of their way to interact with us, joked around with us, told us funny stories. EVERYONE there makes you very important and comfortable. OHHHH, they even gave us a military discount on our new truck cause of my military service. Now tell me WHAT dealership does that? Exactly, NO ONE except this dealership! We will DEFINITELY come back to get a Gladiator for my wife this year. We HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone who is interested in buying a new vehicle. Even the guys in the parts department were SO patient and willing to help us to get the proper wiring adapter for us.

I bought my last truck from this dealership this experience is the worse I've ever had....... I bought an 2025 Bighorn 1500 and I had to take the truck back 12 times so far ...... I took the truck in on Monday morning 05-12-2025 to have warranty work they called me Tuesday said my truck was done I drove it home I get up Wednesday morning started my truck I get an checked engine light ...... I emailed the owner of the dealership he just ignored me ...... I will never buy from this dealership again...... the bad thing is that I bought the truck from the owner over the phone

Don't buy a car from here. Terrible service department. My car has had the same issue since I bought it brand new in October 2023. I've taken it to them 3 times to get it fixed and it's still not fixed. They never have loaner cars they said they share 2 cars with 11 other lots. They are no help when it comes to any issues with a car that is still well under warranty.

I have bought 5 vehicles from Bayird, 4 new and 1 used. 4 Jeeps and 1 Chevy Malibu. Every vehicle has been wonderful. I have only had to have navigation updated. Absolutely no problems! Great people work there. It feels like my 2nd home. Service department knows what they are doing!
I'll buy all my vehicles there.
