We bought a slightly used, but like new RV here and what impressed me the most was that after the sale was done they gave us a bunch of free stuff that you would think they would offer beforehand to try and make the sale. They said we're giving you 2 full tanks of propane 2 fresh batteries and they gave us everything we needed to hook it up and go camping. The sewer hose they gave us was better than the one that came with the camper. We're definitely happy campers with our purchase from here!!!!!!

I took my travel trailer in to be evaluated because my front window had shattered while I was driving. The trailer walls were flexing as I drove to a safe spot. Since I still had almost 600 miles to go to get home, I wanted to be sure it was safe to continue.

The staff was extremely kind and courteous, which was greatly appreciated, as I was such an emotional wreck at the time. In less than 24 hours, they verified it was safe for me to drive home to WI for repairs.

Kyle especially went out of his way to help me, and was in communication with my insurance company. Even though they didn't make a sale, I felt that I was still treated as a valued customer. Thank you all for your kindness to a traveler passing through!

We purchased a RV from Bayird in March 2024.
I have been emailing and calling for 2 weeks and the sales lady will not return my emails or my phone calls. I called today and spoke with another salesman there and he refused to let me speak to the owner, he said it was bad business. The lady was suppose to have had our RV registered and never did. The sales lady is now blaming it on the owners wife. I would not recommend this place. The sales department and the service center will not do anything to help you. Once the sale is made, they are done with you!!!

We have received VERY poor service when taking our camper to Bayird Rv Outdoor Center for warranty work. I could never get the warranty lady to call me back though I called several times for several days in a row . Technician was supposed to replace all the seals on our outer compartments and he only replaced two. I took technician to the warranty lady and explained that Keystone already authorized the replacement of all the seals because I had called them the day before; but Bayird didn't replace the seals that day and made us schedule another appointment to get the rest of the seals replaced. The next time we came in, instead of getting our camper done at our appointment time, we were made to wait until 4pm to get the compartment seals replaced while they worked on another camper was wasn't even scheduled to be done that day. They also charged us a diagnostic fee even though all the work to be done on the camper was warranty work which was never refunded. I would not recommend using them for service work.

We purchased our camper from Bayird RV & Outdoor Center. Salesman Shawn made the process easy and smooth. Very friendly service and knowledgeable. I recommend anyone looking for a camper to go see these guys! Awesome doing business with them!

Salesperson on the phone did not know the first thing about RV's. Asked them why a specific model on their lot did not come with Goodyear tires (though the OEM stated it did) and they could not answer. Are they swapping tires around on the units? Told me the unit did not come with propane tanks (again, OEM stated it did). Wonder what else they may be hiding. They took down all of my questions and never called back. Going to another dealer to spend my money. Sorry Bayird, you lost a sale.

Salesperson did not introduce themselves. I called regarding the Cougar 25RDS. The photographs showed the tire brand as Trailer King. After a call to Keystone, they said they have not shipped this model with Trailer King Tires. They also stated the unit comes to 2 - 30lb propane tanks which the salesperson stated was not included.
