This review is related to the service department. I found Ric and the Guys at Bayport Yachts After we had a breakdown with our Chris Craft. On top of being a Chris Craft dealer the mechanics are top notch and very experienced. We had to get into the motor a bit to salvage the summer but they did everything that was required and then some to get the boat running better then before the breakdown. The time on your boat is only as good as the crew that takes care of it, I learned this lesson the hard way but won’t be making that mistake again. The team at Bayport are knowledgeable, professional, and above all honest. They could have easily told me I needed a motor and everything that comes with that and I would have bit, but Mike (my mechanic) saved me a lot of money by knowing how to take care of my boat from his 20+ years on the job and had me back on the water in a few weeks. I can’t thank Ric, Mike, and JR Enough for helping me. They have earned my business for the long term. Thanks guys, looking forward to doing business in the future.
