I went to Java and had donuts and coffee. The atmosphere was fantastic. It was early a m and I had a good time. I would recommend it if you're in Newport Beach. Check it out.

Not much to see! Parkings are ok, no public parking but some spaces on the side streets should be ok.

It's a nice grocery store, but the aisles are really tight. And its a little bit expensive, expect to pay a 20 to 30% premium.

You can't beat the location here! I went to the restaurant which was gorgeous. There was live jazz and at this point it was so nice to hear music played live! The food was delicious. I got the beat salad and it was light and tasty. I got the palomo drink and that was made well. The service was nice everything was wonderful.

It's a nice strip mall shopping center. It has several good restaurants there is one good coffee shop and a very good Italian restaurant there. It has a supermarket there and also several establishment. It's good to have small shopping mall close by to residentials. Easy to get in easy to get out and the parking is really easy not overcrowded.
